They are reportedly enrolling individuals in a G.E.D program deceptively, and later claiming that funds were allocated for a Microsoft class. Upon investigation with the school director, it was revealed that no payments were made for the Microsoft class. I am eager to shed light on this matter and unravel where the supposed $[redacted] was allocated. I am frustrated with receiving an early edition of the Sunday paper on Saturday afternoon without my request. It only highlights the issue of getting yesterday's news today. I don't want multiple copies being delivered to my house, one by subscription and another tossed in my yard hours later. This inefficient practice of delivering the same paper multiple times is wasteful and contributes to your diminishing business. It feels like false reporting if this is how you boost your circulation numbers. Despite my request to not receive the Thanksgiving issue at an inflated price, it was still delivered. I have already switched to subscribing to the NY Post. Disappointed in your service.

I have been experiencing delivery issues since the beginning of the year. From 1/6 to 1/12, I had to call for the paper, and it wasn't delivered twice, even missing the Sunday paper. Although the next week was fine, on 1/21, the paper was missing again despite assurances. I have paid up to 3/14 but am consistently not receiving what I'm paying for. Despite numerous calls to customer service, the problem persists. Before these recent weeks, there were no issues. Could the delivery person, John Marotta, have changed? I would like to continue my subscription, but I need reliable delivery. I hope this matter can be fixed promptly. Thank you.

Once again, the ShopRite circular was not included in my Thursday paper. This is becoming a frequent issue. I have reached out to the Star Ledger multiple times in the past two months about this ongoing problem. Could you please investigate why the circular is consistently missing from my delivery? I request that it is included in tomorrow's paper without fail. It is crucial that you address this with the delivery person promptly to ensure this does not happen again; otherwise, I may have to consider canceling my subscription.

Hello, I am experiencing billing issues with my account. Here is my information: Eric G. 5 Summertree Run, Sparta, NJ [redacted] [redacted] My wife inadvertently let our account lapse a few months ago due to sudden and excessive rate changes. I later reactivated the account with a 4-day a week plan for $21 a month using my credit card. However, since then, we have been charged multiple times and weekly $21 fees on my card. I would like a detailed financial breakdown of my account from December onwards, specifying payments received via check or credit card and the corresponding services. I spoke to a representative this morning who mentioned charges for services up to April. Who authorized payments for undelivered services? After being a loyal subscriber to The Ledger for over 53 years, I unfortunately had to cancel due to poor delivery service. Despite my long-standing readership, I was disappointed with the lack of concern from The Ledger's customer service when I called to cancel. It was frustrating to only reach someone after 10:00 AM and be unable to receive another paper. Additionally, the delivery person didn't provide a contact number on the paper, despite leaving an address for issues. As a valued customer of over five decades, I felt let down by the customer service I experienced.

I recently received the digital edition of the Star Ledger, and I was taken aback by the new format. The previous format wasn't perfect, but this new one feels like a step backward. It's challenging to get a clear overview of the news, especially when reading on a tablet. The articles seem to be presented in a way that forces readers to navigate through them, and even the advertisements are difficult to spot. I would appreciate the option to switch back to the old view. Today, I couldn't even finish reading the paper because I lost interest trying to navigate through it. Being 70 years old, I might just prefer the comfort of reading the paper the way I have for decades. Please consider giving readers the choice of how they want to view the content, instead of following a programmer's format. Thank you.

I did not receive my newspaper today, Sunday, 4/8. As a loyal subscriber for years, I am disappointed with the poor service. Despite previous complaints about delivery problems, the situation has not improved since we got a new delivery person. Delivery times are inconsistent, and today there was no delivery at all. I am requesting a credit for this issue, and I hope for a more effective resolution than in the past. Promises of credits for missed deliveries have not been fulfilled, and receiving a day-old paper the next day is unacceptable. What is the problem with the employees being hired for deliveries?

For the past five days, I have not received my delivery and my attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful. Despite being promised callbacks from a supervisor, I have not received any. This ongoing issue is frustrating, as it previously took 10 days to resolve a similar problem in October. The delivery system seems to be malfunctioning, as it is outsourced to a third-party service that lacks the authority to make necessary changes. While I have been given extensions, it does not compensate for the inconvenience and cost of purchasing the Sunday paper. Additionally, the digital version lacks the cartoon section that I enjoy. I feel unheard and hope that my concerns are addressed promptly. Thank you.

Dear Editor, In March, I plan to list my rented house in Newark for sale. I fear that soon only large investors will own property in Newark, causing housing prices to decline while luxury apartments dominate the city. Small investors like myself provide affordable rentals in Newark, but Mayor Baraka's policies are pushing me to sell. Rent prices have been frozen since April 1, [redacted] (EO 20-[redacted]), but property taxes, water bills, and repair costs continue to rise. The mayor seems unconcerned, given that 75% of Newark residents are tenants. While the rent freeze made sense during the pandemic, it now seems unnecessary with full employment. It appears to have been implemented to aid Mayor Baraka's reelection in May [redacted] and may persist as he pursues further political ambitions. As a retired small investor, I urge you to consider writing an article highlighting this issue to draw attention from the city council and the mayor. Thank you, Fred

My newspaper is consistently delivered late, often at or past 8 o'clock. Since I need to be at work by 8, I frequently miss out on reading it as it arrives after I've left. This means I sometimes go without reading the paper, as the news is outdated by the time I return home. I truly value starting my day with a cup of coffee and the morning paper, so receiving it promptly before 8 a.m. would greatly improve my routine.

I usually only receive the paper on Sundays, but I have not received it in three weeks. I have been experiencing problems at least once a month since last October. I have called multiple times but haven't made any progress. I do not know who my carrier is, and it seems like no one has contacted them because the issue persists. All I want is to receive my paper every Sunday as promised when I signed up. I spoke with a representative who mentioned I only have 3 credits, but the problem has occurred more frequently since October. They were unable to provide my carrier's contact information.
