To whom this may concern*** **I am writing this because ever since I upgraded my membership from “Neighborhood” to “Passport” on August **th, I have been overcharged $***.** by the NYSC on E **th &*nd and E **st. On August **th, after upgrading my membership and being charged initial fees, I started using arbitrarily the facilities on **th and **st. Once I started seeing surcharges on my credit card statement – by late September - I contacted the manager of the NYSC on **th street, Mike Evans. He told me that the upgrade to the “Passport” membership was not completed by the staff of the NYSC and that he would complete it for me, and I would not be charged again for using a different facility than my local one. **I requested my money back more than twice, and for a reputable establishment like NYSC, it is completely inappropriate and unprofessional that I am literally paying for this individuals inability to get me my refund. Mike said he would contact Corporate and request my refund. After a few days with no answer, I called Mike back, it was October *st and I was overcharged on my monthly payments again. He promised me he would call me back tomorrow (October *nd). After that day, every time I have called I was told that “Mike was busy” and that he would call me back. This lack of customer service is absolutely inadmissible. Not only have I been robbed, but also denied an explanation. Should I not receive my refund by the end of the month (Thursday October **st, ****), I will take any and all actions required to get me my refund. ****Please feel free to contact me with any explanations in the interim. ****Best,**Pablo Martin Fuentes.
