Signed up with code as a member under my health plan with given code - your manager at ***, *nd avenue branch signed me up as a regular member for $*.** ... My membership * ***********I had signed up under my health plan called renewed & active at you ***, second avenue branch. Your manager told me to give one dollar to start with and when I get code he will put me under my health plan.*Some how, he never put me under my health plan and my charge card got charges worth of $***.** over the time.*My account has been cancel as regular member but I am still waiting to get my refund of $***.**.*Please advise, when the refund will get process to my charge card. I am a member under my health plan which should not cost me any $ .*Thanks for your help.*Rajul
I was given promise that as soon as I give code for renew and active, I will get my $* back and my membership will be free - code as given to manager same afternoon ! He was not there so left with the person who answer the phone and called manager next day and repeated code back to him. Manager got fired and the new manager understood my problem and have canceled my regular member account.
