Signed up with code as a member under my health plan with given code - your manager at ***, *nd avenue branch signed me up as a regular member for $*.** ... My membership * ***********I had signed up under my health plan called renewed & active at you ***, second avenue branch. Your manager told me to give one dollar to start with and when I get code he will put me under my health plan.*Some how, he never put me under my health plan and my charge card got charges worth of $***.** over the time.*My account has been cancel as regular member but I am still waiting to get my refund of $***.**.*Please advise, when the refund will get process to my charge card. I am a member under my health plan which should not cost me any $ .*Thanks for your help.*Rajul
I was given promise that as soon as I give code for renew and active, I will get my $* back and my membership will be free - code as given to manager same afternoon ! He was not there so left with the person who answer the phone and called manager next day and repeated code back to him. Manager got fired and the new manager understood my problem and have canceled my regular member account.
Please process the credit of $ ***.**for the account set and charged under regular member- I am senior and I like to come under my health plan umbrella.
I am patiently waiting for credit to my account and once credit comes to my charge card, I like to start training with one of your trainer. I need credit first. I am a ** years old senior with limited budget.
Talked to your manager Mr.Carbonara- who got fierce*Takes to your manager Marcus Guzman who is no longer at * avenue branch - he traced down activities and closed the wrong account with help your manager Wayne Richards - who was going to called me but never did ! Send email to Nicolas Cato - twice, have not heard from him so far.

Yes, I got my refund back to my credit card. Wayne Richards was very courteous and understood my problem. Wayne’s companion and eagerness help me to smooth out transaction. He is the best ! Of course after my club manager was fired, Marcus Guzman took over the position and he also help me to sort out my problem. Marcus was very helpful to bring my problem to Wayne Richards.*Hope all your branches have manager like Marcus.
