I closed my membership at the Bay ridge **nd street location in Brooklyn NY, due to the dishonesty and lack of customer service I experienced at this location. Edwin who was the employee who initially opened my account was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and treated me as if we were related. After closing my membership I officially "unsubscribed" from emails because I will never be interested in joining NYSC because of its employee treatment. After unsubscribing I still received multiple emails and soliciting materials from Darrell Dorsey who works in the same location as Edwin. I emailed Darrell back to please stop sending me emails from NYSC because im not interested. Still I continued to receive emails. I finally called NYSC on **nd street to speak to MR. Dorsey one on one about why he feels its appropriate to continue sending me emails when I have asked them to stop. He RUDELY and SARCASTICL*Ly cut me off when I mentioned my name and why I was calling. He said verbatim, " fine ill just remove your email from the system, have a nice day and hung up". I am disgusted with the kind of staff I met or crossed paths with over at **** *rd ave Brooklyn NYSC. I am a Branch manager and work with clients all day and in shock these are the kind of people being hired today and treating people this way.
