I recently went to **st and *rd New York sports club and I spoke to someone on November *th at *:** p.m. And I told them that I wanted to cancel my membership they told me I was within the ** day. And I can get my full refund I then had explained to them that I no longer have the gift card I have pay for it originally someone took down my email and my information and said that it was the *st time that this happened at their location and they needed to contact customer service corporate to find out how they can better assist me and they will let me know within ** hours in has been more than ** hours no one has gotten in contact with me I then proceeded to the contact the location again to find out the status a young lady answered and told me nothing was on the notes on my file regards to cancelation so now I'm a little bit worried as to not getting my full refund due to the lack of communication in this location how can I go about this?
