GetHuman-kobirege's customer service issue with New York Sports Clubs (NYSC) from September 2018
Help me with my issue
The issue in GetHuman-kobirege's own words
ID*************Called to cancel because of annual fee kicking in. didn't want to pay for an additional year. Customer service said it wasn't a problem, just needed to speak to club. Club said no way to refund annual fee, even though customer service said their would be. After canceling, theycharged me additional month. Called customer service, and informed me that they would not do anything because of how the contract is written. Instead of being polite, they were rude, and had a "stick it to you" attitude. I would like a refund for my annual fee, and for my last month. I dislike when people tell you one thing on the phone, send you somewhere else, lie to you, and then in return are rude to you. I was really upset that they gave me the run around for nothing. Really rude company - just trying to get your money, and don't give a **** about you.
been a member for over * years - loved going to their gym's but moved out of the area.
spoke with customer service that sent me to manger, then he sent me to customer service. Screwy company
