One month ago I was charged ***.** dollars on my account because of an account issue. The account issue occurred when I wanted to upgrade my account to a passport. I was assured by the manager I would receive my refund in *-* weeks. I have not received a refund yet. I went to the front desk and they gave my your email to send you this message. Now I have been charged another ** dollars at the end of April. If you can please help me out with this, I would appreciate it.
