The situation and problem is that I was suppose to receive unemployment benefits via a debit card issued though Keybank. . To date *-*-****, I have not received the debit card. The release of funds from NYS DOL indicates the first fund release date was on *-**-**** to debit card, and the record further shows all of the subsequent release dates up to *-*-****. The problem again is that I’ve not received a debit card from Keybank. I tried to contact Keybank via their customer service number (***) ***-****, however all I get is a recorded line that indicates they have a “ high call volume” and to try again later, which of course always results in the same recording every time I try to contact them via phone. I logged into the Keybank web site with my claim information and was given the response “ Keybank has not received your unemployment enrollment request from your state agency at this time (*-**-****), please contact your state agency”. I contacted NYS DOL via website email, their phone line only gives a recorded message that doesn’t allow a person to actually talk to a person or representative. The email response’s that I get refuse to address and or investigate the issue of if Keybank has or has not been sent the “unemployment enrollment request” information that would allow them to send me a debit card. Further NYS DOL (email) will not provide me with a contact person(s) number so that this problem can be appropriately addressed. This is a significant problem for me as I’m out of my job
