After my first stimulus check I found a different banking route and so I called NetSpend and I canceled my account but my account apparently is just locked and the second stimulus check got sent to them and so NetSpend sent it back I am trying to possibly reopen my account so that the third stimulus check can be deposited into my NetSpend account instead of waiting for the paper check I have actually been trying to accomplish this for about four or five days now and have not been able to get a hold of NetSpend every time I call the customer service number it has me go through the whole entire process and then I wait and listen to the music and then the woman comes on and the she tells me that call volume is too high to take my call and to try again later I have also sent three emails to not spend and have not gotten any responses please help me I need to get this resolved as soon as possible
