The accent of the person in your overseas call center was so thick that I could not understand almost anything that he was saying. They refused to let me speak to anyone in the United States(Tha greatest country on earth) so he entered in the wrong validation info which after serveral hours of frustration lead to my card being setup as a gift card which doesn’t do me much good because I needed to pay a bill online. Quick question if you are an American Co selling goods and services to American consumers why is it your policy to refuse to allow American citizens access to an American staffed call center? Maybe I should pose that question to the TX state Attn Gen off. Your an American Co there are plenty of Americans out of work I have an ideal why don’t you try hiring some of them. Then maybe we can make America Great Again. I will be posting on your fb as well as your twitter page to inform hard working honest Americans that NetSpend hates America
