My brother sent me $*** from his personal checking account on Nov. *, ****. He even paid an additional $** to have his bank overnight the $***. I have been calling the BOF Federal Bank in San Diego CA and NetSpend trying to find out why the $*** has not been posted to my NetSpend card acct. Yesterday, NetSpend put me on hold for OVER an hour waiting to speak with a supervisor. PLEASE contact me to let me know why the money hasn't been posted. NetSpend told me yesterday that they were tracking the money with the tracking number I gave them. Then...this morning I called NetSpend to see what the problem is & I was told that there was no trace put on the missing money but if I would give them a tracking number they would try to straighten this problem out for me. Really??? Why would a NetSpend representative tell me he'd put a trace on my money & then not do what he promised to do? Please respond. Thanks
