Cancel my Account immediately and reimburse my bank account for the balance of my monthly payment! My account is paid automatically each month from my bank. Why do I have to sign in every three weeks, maybe less ..over and over and over again? I am fed up with always having to do that when I wish to simply watch a movie that is already paid for. I should NOT have to! Now your English service is not available to speak to anyone in person. I can't watch the movies I PAID FOR and can't TALK to a human being in English. What is your problem and why is your problem my problem every few weeks??? I tried to get tech on-line help and the bottom line is I don't get any service unless I pay YOU another $*.** charge...Ripping me off even further....I am very disappointed in Netflix . So that is the end : No Service No More Netflix in my house!!!
