A while ago, Netflix Canada removed "The Vampire Diaries," a show I was rewatching. Despite feeling upset about it, life moved on until recently when my long-term boyfriend broke up with me. In the midst of the COVID-19 situation, I can't easily purchase the series in stores or online without a long wait. Given the circumstances, having "The Vampire Diaries" back on Netflix would mean a lot to me. I've been a loyal Netflix user since grade 7, and now I'm in college, so you can say I'm a fan for life. Last Thursday, I noticed a suspicious log-in to my Netflix account from New Jersey, United States while I was at work. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I got home. I tried to access my account but couldn't because the email had been changed by the person who logged in, although the credit card linked to the account is still mine. I tried to contact Netflix, but due to Covid-19, their call center is not available. Therefore, I had to contact my credit card company to stop the direct debit to Netflix. The payment for next month still went through, despite my efforts. I am hoping to regain access to my Netflix account by proving ownership through my credit card details. If that is not possible, I would like the account to be closed before I create a new one.

I found it amusing that I struggled to locate a way to praise Netflix instead of complaining. I actually have no complaints at all. I just wanted to take a moment to praise them. "The Last Kingdom" is truly an outstanding show that I came across on Netflix, much better than some movies on the Sci-fi channel. The actors are fantastic, especially Uhtred, who outshines Brad Pitt. Playing a strong warrior and leader without coming off as arrogant is challenging, but Uhtred nails it. My spouse and I recently started watching the series and we were hooked until the end of season 3. The character development, particularly for Uhtred, the priest, and King Alfred, was exceptional. Ultimately, he is Uhtred of Bebbanburg, a character you won't forget. Excellent job, Netflix! :)

My family invests a significant amount in Netflix yearly. Due to the current situation, more people are turning to Netflix for entertainment while staying at home. I have a suggestion. Netflix could consider donating a portion of its profits to support small and local businesses. With the economy needing a boost as mentioned by President Trump, it's uncertain if people will feel safe going out to smaller establishments like boutiques and restaurants even if restrictions are lifted. If Netflix increases its support for small businesses and encourages its employees to shop locally, I would be happy to promote Netflix on my social media platforms. I am having difficulty processing my Netflix subscription payment with PayPal, my debit card, or a credit card with a high limit. All payment methods are being rejected, and I am unsure why. My email is [redacted] I have tried inputting all details, but the 3-digit CVV is consistently rejected. I am unable to find an alternative payment method unless I can purchase a £5.99 gift card. However, I have not been able to find one due to lockdown restrictions. Despite having sufficient funds in my bank account, my bank is declining the transaction. I am open to any solutions or guidance in resolving this issue.

Good evening, While entering my Mastercard information, I encountered an issue with the CVV code. Despite this, I proceeded with starting the membership. Unfortunately, when prompted for my phone number to receive a verification code, my phone was unavailable due to a dead battery. I attempted to update the phone number but was unable to find a method to do so. With only $12 available on the card, I re-entered my information and attempted to start the membership again, but received an error message on a orange banner at the top of the screen. I signed up for Netflix in February, with the subscription ending on March 4, [redacted]. I believe the auto-debit feature is active. I decided to cancel my subscription on February 5. However, on February 14, I received an email notification about a new sign-in that I couldn't verify. Subsequently, on February 16, I received an email stating that I no longer have access to my Netflix account. Without any prior notice, my account details seemed to have been altered. Despite my numerous attempts to contact customer support, I have been unable to regain access to my account. Strangely, on March 27, a deduction of $7.99 was made from my debit card by Netflix, even though I no longer have access to my account. I have all the transaction emails for reference. I am seeking refunds for both February and March and I urge Netflix to contact me to clarify the situation. I wish to remove my card details from the account to prevent further charges. I want to bring to your attention the excessive amount of foreign language movies dubbed in English on Netflix. This abundance of subpar content is making me consider canceling my subscription. I have various other streaming services like Amazon Prime Channels, Super Channel, Starz, and full-service cable, where I pay a similar amount but get better quality movies. Your increasing prices for low-quality content are disappointing, and I fear I may have to end my subscription if this continues. I'm not the only one with these concerns, as many others likely share my sentiments. Please reconsider your movie selection for the sake of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Hi everyone, I established a new account on March 24th or 25th with an email address that escapes my memory now. Regrettably, I was a bit intoxicated and cannot recall the email address. I reached out to my email service provider, but they were unable to assist me in retrieving it. I have noticed suspicious activity on my account under "Recent Device Streaming Activity" with unfamiliar locations and IP addresses. I have a Basic account with 2 managed profiles and keep receiving notifications about too many devices using my account. I am concerned that my account might have been compromised. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach customer service due to current closures related to the ongoing situation. The Live Help feature requires payment, which I find unnecessary as a paid subscriber. Please help me address this issue or I may need to explore alternative solutions.

I canceled my account online on March 30 at 7:30. I got an email confirming the cancellation. Shortly after, I received another email thanking me for enrolling in Netflix again, which I did not want. I've informed my credit card company to block any future billings from Netflix. Last night, I received a notification that Netflix is sending me the next two movies on my list.
