I received an email yesterday from Netflix saying my password needed re setting and to ignore the e mail if I had not been trying to re set my password. Now this a.m. I have received an e mail saying my account will be discontinued as my last payment did not go through. I have been trying to call Netflix but every number I try the circuits are all busy. Are these scam e mails an are the lines all busy from others trying to get the same information as per my concerns? I would please like an answer as I am concerned and do not want my account compromised if there really is a problem with my account. Thank you, Margo

Well I am hoping it is fixed, I have been getting emails saying my account will be cancelled as payments have not been going through. Spoke with Jeff at **:** this a.m. and he said the issue seemed resolved and it is probably scam mail, we were cut off from your end before the conversation was finished. He kept cutting in and out then the line just went dead.
