I have been a Netflix member for over a decade and have always appreciated the service. However, I recently discovered a movie that portrays Jesus in a way that goes against my beliefs. I kindly request that Netflix removes this movie to respect all religions, not just Christianity. It's important to be mindful of the content we put out to avoid disrespecting any faith. I believe in respecting everyone's beliefs without causing harm. I hope Netflix can make this change within 30 days so I can continue to support the platform. Thank you, Archie M.

I am deeply troubled by your decision to potentially include the blasphemous movie "The First Temptation of Christ" on Netflix. If this film is released, I will have to cancel my long-standing subscription. I have plenty of alternative streaming options available that do not offend my religious beliefs. Any form of blasphemy towards Jesus or the Virgin Mary will not be tolerated and I will inform all those in my social circle about it. This is truly disappointing.

Your failure to take down the movie depicting Jesus as gay is hurtful to Christians. It appears you prioritize the opinions of the LGBT community over ours. Show that our viewpoints are valued too. Why the disregard for Christian concerns, Netflix? I will unsubscribe if the movie remains. I urge you to remove it within a month. Today's date is December 29, [redacted].

I recently renewed my Netflix subscription and have been enjoying watching Season 2 of "The Crown." However, when I tried to access episodes 9 and 10 last night, they were unavailable. After contacting customer service, I was informed that to continue watching, I would need to pay an additional $[redacted]. Upon mentioning that I am a pensioner at age 89, the price was reduced to $49.95. I am disappointed by the sudden change and lack of notice provided. Despite attempting to resolve the issue for about 20 minutes, I am not satisfied with the outcome. I am hesitant to pay the extra fee and may consider canceling my subscription to switch to Stan, which offers a 30-day trial.

Dear Netflix, I am a huge Harry Potter fan and would love it if you could add the entire series to your selection. The loading issues I've been experiencing on my TV while using Netflix have been quite frustrating for the past few months. It would be greatly appreciated if you could look into resolving this matter. Additionally, I kindly request for you to reconsider removing How To Train Your Dragon, despite the licensing constraints. Your attention to these matters would be highly valued. Thank you.

In October [redacted], my card ending in [redacted] was charged for $12.99 on November 4th and December 4th, even though I had sold the device it was linked to eight months earlier. I was assured in October that my card had been removed from the system, but it was still charged twice. Please issue a full refund for November and December promptly to this card. Once refunded, I will order a new card and close this account since I no longer use Netflix and have switched to cable instead of a Roku box. Thank you, Crystal S.

Hi Netflix Team, I am thrilled to join the Netflix Community and look forward to exploring the different subscription packages available. I accidentally selected the basic package without trying out the 30-day trial that is typically offered to new users. I would appreciate it if you could enable the 30-day trial on my current account so that I can experience it before deciding on the right package for me. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I am encountering difficulties with the English 5.1 setting on your application. Whenever I have it set to English 5.1, the sound quality is poor. I have to switch it back to English original after each movie to resolve the issue. Is it possible to adjust the setting so it remains on English original or English 5.1 instead of defaulting to 5.1? I use Netflix on Fire Stick and Fetch TV STB, and interestingly, do not experience this problem on PS4, likely due to the automatic input adjustment. Thank you, M. Doyle

I accidentally reactivated my recently cancelled Netflix account, but I immediately logged out upon realizing the error. Could you please cancel the account again and issue a refund for any charges that may have occurred during this time since I did not use it. I have always enjoyed having Netflix and plan to subscribe again in the future, but I am unable to afford it at the moment. The account is linked to the email address [redacted] Thank you, Jim

Recently, Netflix removed the show I was watching, "Rebelde." Although I understand one complaint may not change their decision, this show has been a source of laughter and joy for me and my friends who also enjoyed it. With [redacted] episodes, I didn't get to finish it, and its characters inspired us in different ways. I believe this show holds significance for many viewers from various generations. I hope Netflix considers bringing it back, as it means a lot to us and others who are likely disappointed by its removal. Thank you. :)

Hello Netflix, I have been a loyal user of your streaming service for almost six years. I have noticed a decline in the quality of content and competition from platforms like Disney+ and Hulu. It seems like many subscribers are unhappy with the current titles available and are canceling their memberships. The removal of popular shows like Friends has disappointed many users. I believe that adding more sought-after titles, similar to those on the UK version, and bringing back classics like The Great Gatsby and Titanic, would greatly improve the viewing experience. It is essential for Netflix to listen to the feedback of its audience and make necessary changes to retain its loyal subscribers.

Hello, I recently relocated to Italy and came across an Italian Netflix ad some weeks ago. Intrigued, I decided to avail of their 1-month free trial for the holiday season. Upon registering on their official website and providing all my information, I was later surprised to receive a notification from my bank about being charged €15.99 by Netflix, despite it supposedly being a free trial. Despite my initial frustration, I decided to continue using the service since I had already paid for it. However, on January 1st, I encountered an issue where I was prompted to update my credit card information even though I was already signed in, resulting in an additional charge for the Netflix service without any apparent reason. I am left questioning the legitimacy of the advertised free trial in Italy and whether it may be a scam. Furthermore, I am puzzled by being charged twice without receiving a full month for the initial charge. How frequently do they charge individuals for a supposedly free trial period? Is there a possibility of obtaining a refund for the unauthorized charges? Thank you.

Hello, I am A.C., a 15-year-old Tunisian girl. I love Netflix and acting, and pursuing this dream is crucial to me. I am unsure if this is the correct way to reach out to Netflix, but I truly hope so. I am eager to learn how to audition and become an actress for Netflix. It's my ultimate dream. Despite being far away from major centers like Los Angeles or New York, I dream of flying there one day, although it feels impossible at the moment. I am continuously searching for ways to achieve my dream, inspired by actresses like Millie Bobby Brown and the show "13 Reasons Why." I hope for a response, even though I understand that it might be unlikely. Rest assured, I will keep reaching out until I find a way to make my dream come true. Thank you and goodbye.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent portrayal of religious figures on Netflix. It's disrespectful and unacceptable. As a long-time subscriber, I cannot overlook this offensive content and must speak out against it. I urge Netflix to reconsider its approach and show more respect to Christians, Jews, and people of all faiths. Promoting a Muslim agenda over American values is concerning. I hope Netflix will change course or they will lose many subscribers who expect better treatment of religious beliefs. Goodbye, Netflix.

I recently signed up my girlfriend and her daughter for a Netflix free trial, then later signed up for my own free month using a different email. However, I inadvertently used the same card for both accounts and ended up being charged $18.39. I realized there is no $18.39 plan, and I did not receive the free trial service. I understand the need to prevent abuse, but these were separate subscriptions on the same card. I am aware refunds are possible, and I hope to continue using Netflix without issues. I would like this situation resolved promptly to avoid seeking alternatives like Hulu. It's important for companies to innovate and adapt to avoid losing customers in the long run.

On November 30, [redacted], I signed up for a special movie subscription on Netflix. About a week later, I attempted to access Netflix on my TV but encountered issues. Despite the option to cancel anytime, Netflix did not work as promised. After canceling my subscription, I was surprised to discover unauthorized charges on my PayPal account. On December 6, [redacted], there was an $8.89 charge for account #13H16647TK909261B, followed by another $8.89 charge on January 6, [redacted], for account #6S036038GR826445A. I wish to have these charges refunded promptly. I have no interest in Netflix services if they are not functioning properly. Please reach out to me via email at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Jerry Broderick.

I would like to address an issue I encountered while watching the new Netflix series The Witcher. I found that there were instances of inappropriate exposure of women which made my husband and myself uncomfortable. Although the series is currently rated at a 15, I believe it should be rated as an 18 due to the excessive nudity that does not contribute to the storyline. Despite enjoying the plot, we had to stop watching it due to discomfort caused by the unnecessary nudity. I am curious about the rating guidelines Netflix follows for their shows, as this is not the first time we have experienced this issue. The visibility of content warnings regarding strong language or nudity is too small and difficult to notice, leading me to consider cancelling my Netflix subscription.

I believe my account has been compromised. I received an email stating that my email address was altered without my knowledge. Although I canceled my Netflix subscription in December, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card. The amount billed was different from my usual subscription fee, and this raises concerns about the security of my personal information. I urgently seek your assistance in addressing this issue. Thank you in advance for your prompt response.
