So i made a netflix account last night on my android phone. And i go to continue to watch my show today and now ur represetitves telling me that my device isnt elligable for the free trial. Iam not understanding y its not when this is my first time creating an account. And both times i called both represetives were rude and the second time i called i had asked to speak with a supervisor and she bluntly was trying and did deni me to talk to a supervisor. Iam very disappointed and unsatisfied with netflix and the employees u have working for u.. never again will i give my time and money to this.. now iam just curious on how you guys would make this issue right. Seeing how ur employees were not customer service trained.. like maybe send a netflix gift card or something

Maybe next time not be rude due as the customer requested like talk to tge supervisor. I dont know maybe sending a netflix giftcard as an apologie
