My Netflix service email account was compromised, and the email address was changed. Despite several attempts to contact customer service, the calls were getting disconnected right as the representatives were trying to help. The unauthorized change was made from my original email [redacted] to another unknown email. The associated Visa card number was compromised, and a payment of $14.22 was withdrawn on November 15, [redacted], linked to my checking account. The representative was in the process of canceling the account and issuing a refund when the call was cut off. I urgently need my email account to be restored to its original state so my family can resume enjoying our subscription. I've already lost two weeks of service. Please assist promptly as my granddaughter relies on Netflix for entertainment. Thank you, Yvonne B. W. [redacted] Old Asheville Hwy. Greeneville, TN [redacted]

Hello, I recently purchased a TV and signed up for your 30-day free trial service. Unfortunately, after the trial period ended, I did not receive any confirmation emails, and you have been withdrawing money from my account without notice. It was my oversight not to check, but despite my account being deleted, you continue to deduct funds. I am puzzled by this situation and would like to understand why. I wish to cancel the service, especially as I am facing financial constraints currently, however, I am unable to do so as your website indicates my account does not exist. I can provide evidence of the initial email I received from you, which included a phone number. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. My contact information is [redacted] and +[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. Thank you. Edit: I discovered that my account has been compromised, and I am struggling to get assistance through your live chat. My account language was changed to German, although I am Czech and reside in the Czech Republic. This became apparent when I attempted to input my credit card details and realized that my email, password, and phone number had been altered. Please help me address this issue quickly. Apologies for my limited English proficiency.

I would like to request the cancellation of my Netflix account as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in as I do not have the necessary account information. The monthly charges have been automatically deducted from my bank account without my authorization. I can only provide my bank account number, my name, phone number, as well as my son's name and phone number, as he initially set up the account using my card details. I do not receive statements, so I cannot provide further details. I urgently need the account to be canceled to prevent any more unauthorized charges and would like a refund for all the past monthly payments. I appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter promptly. Best regards, Susan S., [redacted]. I can provide my email upon request; however, I prefer speaking directly with a manager. Thank you for your understanding and help.

I have a question regarding copyright regulations for streaming movies in an educational setting. We are aware of Netflix's terms which limit the service to personal use only. However, we have a public performance site license with Swank Movie Licensing USA. According to them, we are allowed to stream movies from Netflix that are included in their approved license list. This provides teachers with easier access to films, especially considering the decline of DVD players in computers. Can we proceed with streaming from Netflix in this particular scenario without breaching copyright laws or Netflix's user agreement?

As a Polish citizen and the granddaughter of someone who lived during World War II, I am horrified by your production titled: "The most important events of World War II in color." This is blatant mockery and humiliation of the Polish people. The message conveyed is anti-Polish and deceitful! Our grandparents fought and saved London, they died for England! And you can't even place correct maps! Spreading such deceitful information is harmful and unprofessional. I understand that you may not have basic historical knowledge or any education. However, historical films should be based on facts. If you need any help, I am kindly offering assistance. In Poland, even elementary school children could correct your historians!

I am a frequent downloader of episodes, and I have noticed a recent update that is quite frustrating. The app keeps notifying me that I can no longer view content offline. Despite understanding there are limits, it's hindering my viewing experience. Even though I download episodes daily, I am unable to watch them without an internet connection. What's the point of downloading if I still need WiFi to stream? I have patiently waited for two updates hoping this issue would be fixed, but it persists. This situation is truly testing my patience. Perhaps Netflix should stick to being a streaming app if the download feature is unreliable. Many of us download content because we lack WiFi and still want to enjoy our favorite shows. I am really disappointed with this ongoing problem.

Dear Netflix, I've heard that you're trying to make Netflix all Netflix originals. I think it's wrong because not all the shows are as good as Big Mouth or Stranger Things. The reason you beat Blockbuster was because you were online, and people didn't have to go to the store every time they wanted to watch a movie. If you only had Netflix originals from the start, like you're planning now, then no one, except maybe one person, would like Netflix. I'm not sure whose brilliant idea it was to make movies and shows, but please bring back all the old shows that our generation loves (like shows from [redacted], Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Wizards of Waverly Place). I heard about a [redacted] version of Avatar, but everyone loves the original. Also, The Office is a favorite in our class, especially for the poll we did where people chose it over Parks and Recreation. Please consider putting Avatar: The Last Airbender and other beloved shows back on Netflix, like Wizards of Waverly Place. If you do, please email me. Thank you.

I created a Netflix account on my Android phone last night. Today, when I tried to watch my show, representatives informed me that my device is not eligible for the free trial. I don't understand why since this is my first time signing up. Both times I called, the representatives were rude. The second time, I requested to speak with a supervisor, but she refused. I am disappointed with Netflix and the employees. I don't plan to use the service again. I am curious how you plan to address this issue since your employees lacked customer service training. Perhaps consider offering a Netflix gift card to make up for the experience.

My family and I finally found a series we all enjoy on Netflix, "Rikita." We watch two episodes at a time when they are available. Previously, we watched "Designated Survivor," which sadly ended after only three seasons. These shows have helped distract me from the recent tragic loss of my daughter due to drug overdose linked to insurance fraud. Although we pay our Netflix subscription regularly, I was unaware of your operational decisions. I sincerely hope the "Designated Survivor" series can be added back to Netflix. It's disheartening to think that in today's world, everything revolves around money. Despite understanding that my individual request may not make a difference, I feel compelled to share my disappointment with your service. By the way, I'm curious if your company also owns Pure Flix.

I live in the UK. A few days ago, I checked the "Latest" section on my Netflix account and saw that the series "No Game No Life" Season One was scheduled to be released on December 1st. However, when I checked again today, it was no longer there. After searching online, I found conflicting information about its availability on Netflix. I called Netflix customer service to clarify, and the representative informed me that it will not be added. I am confused by the mixed signals and would like to know definitively if the show will be coming to UK Netflix or not. It is disappointing to have my hopes raised and then dashed if it's not going to be available.

Dear Netflix, I enjoy the shows available on your platform, particularly the Nickelodeon series like Victorious, Bella and the Bulldogs, Sam & Cat, Friends, [redacted] Things to Do Before High School, and A Fairly Odd Summer. I specifically mention Nickelodeon shows for two reasons. Firstly, I kindly request you to add the fourth season of Victorious. Secondly, I would like to see iCarly on Netflix. I've noticed many TikTok users wondering why iCarly is not on your service, which prompted me to question the same. I think adding iCarly would make many viewers happy. I hope you will consider my suggestions to include Victorious' fourth season and iCarly on Netflix. Best regards, A.

On November 11th, I made two payments of Rs [redacted] each. Netflix received one payment and my services resumed. I informed my bank about the second payment being a dispute. Despite this, on the 25th, Netflix stopped my services claiming the refund was processed to the bank, which was denied by my bank. I am puzzled as to why my services were halted after 14 days without proper communication from customer care. This action seems unjust as I have not violated any terms. I urge Netflix to look into this matter promptly as Rs [redacted] is currently inaccessible. I am willing to share my bank statement showing the two debits of Rs [redacted]. Kindly reinstate my services at the earliest. I have contacted customer care twice, but the issue remains unresolved. A prompt response from Netflix is needed for service restoration.

Netflix and CBC recently revealed that the upcoming season of Anne with an E would be its final one, a surprising decision for many fans. Although there were hopes of a renewal for a fourth season, it seems viewers were not given the opportunity to support the show by streaming the third season set to premiere on Jan. 3rd. The dedication shown by both fans advocating for the series on social media, especially Twitter, and the cast and crew who worked tirelessly to bring this remarkable story to life is evident. Anne with an E is a valuable series on Netflix that conveys a message beneficial to the current generation. Please reconsider the decision and #RenewAnneWithAnE.

Netflix has prematurely cancelled the beloved show Anne With An E, igniting a significant fan outcry. The online community, with over 4 million supporters, has been actively protesting on Twitter with daily trending hashtags since the announcement on Monday. The fan base remains dedicated, even garnering media attention, including a feature in a Toronto newspaper. The abrupt cancellation has left fans longing for closure. The global impact of the series seems overlooked, but fans hope Netflix will recognize their impassioned pleas for renewal and reconsider their decision to end the show prematurely.

I have contacted Benjamin at Netflix streaming for assistance, but unfortunately, he was unable to provide the necessary information. I have been watching the current season of the Great British Baking Show and have encountered a problem with accessing the last few episodes and the finale. This issue has been ongoing for about four weeks, and I am not the only one experiencing it as several of my friends have the same complaint. It is frustrating to be unable to watch these episodes while being exposed to spoilers online. I am certain that licensing is not the cause because I have already watched most of the season without any problems. The show airs once on Fridays in Britain, making it different from other Netflix shows that can be binge-watched. I am using a Roku device and have not had issues with other Netflix content. It is concerning that Netflix advertises the season as available but does not make all episodes accessible. I would appreciate clarification on this matter, excluding the suggestion to contact a Netflix representative as previous attempts have been unhelpful. Thank you.AT

Hi, I'm Aishah. I have been a Netflix subscriber since last year, and have always paid for the service. Previously, I watched Netflix only on my phone. Recently, I changed my phone and tried to log in to my Netflix account on the new device. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in or even reset my password using the SMS option with my unchanged phone number. Every time I try to reset my password through the email link, it redirects me to an error page. I have been facing this issue daily despite attempting to fix it regularly. I made my last subscription payment a few days ago. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my account or canceling the subscription if necessary. Thank you for your support.

I am frustrated that Netflix Canada removed The Notebook. I have been a Netflix subscriber since its inception, and this removal is disappointing. Why was it removed, and can it be reinstated? The constant removal of shows and movies is infuriating. Could Netflix consider keeping content available without removing it? Is there a resolution to have The Notebook back on Netflix? Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to inform you that Netflix has been charging my credit card for several months despite not using the service. The card number being charged is 5[redacted]-5[redacted], but I cannot recall the email address associated with this account. The charges are occurring on the 20th of each month, and I kindly request that you either delete this account or rectify this billing issue. I recently received an email from Netflix stating they were unable to process the payment for my account renewal. Consequently, my account has been canceled. I attempted to update my payment information by calling the automated system, which prompted me to enter a 6-digit code from a Netflix webpage. However, I can only access Netflix on my phone currently and not on my work PC due to restrictions. I am unsure how to proceed with updating my credit card information before facing cancellation. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was watching Netflix last night, and today when I tried to sign in, it said the payment failed even though the money was in the bank. I had borrowed a friend's account from California, which they also shared with someone else who ordered movies and caused the account to be shut down. After that, my borrowed account started working again, but now it's showing the same payment failure message.
