Dear Netflix, **My name is Kl*ra Bujdos*, and I am have a netflix account which apparently has been hacked. I used to use it from *****@***.com mail address. On August *, **** I received an e-mail from netflix that my account mail address has been changed. The mail went to my spam mailbox, and I did not read it until last night, when I realized that I cannot login to my own account to grant access to other users on my account. **I have checked my account (I can get access to Netflix on my own television, but I cannot grant access to other users), and I could not log in, my password did not work, my e-mail address has been changed from *****@***.com to “*****@***.com”, I could not log in either with my credit card details. I called my account keeping bank, who informed me that netflix DID charge my bank account in September, meaning that I am paying the netflix fees, having limited access to my account. My credit card number is: ****************, kept with Erste Bank, Hungary and this is the bank account from which payments are processed. **I have also realized that my netflix settings were changed to Spanish, which language I do not speak, meaning that hackers seem to watch movies in Spanish language from my account... **Given that *i) I cannot log in to cancel my subsccription and set up a new account, *ii) my account keeping bank cannot block my payments towards netflix only, *I was advised by my account keeping bank to block my entire credit card and request a new one, thus netflix payments cannot be processed in favour of the hackers and that I should request a new credit card. This exercise would cost significant amount and also requires quite some time... **I trust that you can sort out this issue. **I can be contacted at :************ or *****@***.com. **I am lawyer and intend to make a police notice as well, since this matter falls under Criminal Code and I would not like to leave this unsanctioned. **Please reach out to me as soon as you can. **Thank you! *Kl*ra Bujdos*
