I was trying to get on my Netflix account ,as I couldn't get it to open on my Fire Stick , I have not had issues with this before . Now over * weeks later I still can't get into my account . I have had Live Chat with * operators and they still can't help ! On Sunday I phoned Netflix and had a very long conversation with yet another operator , doing various things to the app to try and get i... ... I cannot access my account , I have tried to change my password and that didn't work , then I tried to set up a new account ,it just kept sending me back to the login page , I now have no idea what my password is as it was changed so many times ! every login attempt with the new password said it didn't recognise my email or phone number .I tried live chat but the connection was lost halfway through the conversation . HELP PLEASE ! !
This was very frustrating because she obviously couldn't help and wasn't going to admit to that fact ! Surely she could have asked someone who had an idea what the problem was and how to resolve it .
They could make this right by simply canceling my account and let me open a new one ! TA DA sorted !!
I have been a customer for at least * years , I thought it would be very simple to resolve the problem, now I am seriously thinking of canceling my account with them as I have had enough , they don't seem to be too bothered that * of their customers is not getting any help to resolve this I think simple problem !
I have tried switching my modem off, several times . I have rebooted my Fire Stick at least * times . I have lost the will to live !! its not worth the hassle anymore !!
