Hello, I've recently realised that I've had two accounts activated at the same time (*****@***.com and *****@***.com) since March **** and have been paying both bills each month. Netflix is not at fault for this of course but as I have not at all been using the Netflix account with *****@***.com, I was wondering if there might be a chance to be refunded for paying the bills for the unused account? Is there are a way I can prove or Netflix can prove that I have not been using this account since it was activated? I changed email addresses when I got married and I can't recall why I would reactivate my Netflix account with my previous email address but somehow I did. Again this is my doing and not Netflix's but hopefully something may be done? When I realised I was paying both bills each month I cancelled the *****@***.com account.
GetHuman-tianalrb did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
