If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Dear Sir*Madam,*I purchased a gift card a few months ago and have tried to activate it. I entered the pin and my email (to which it said I needed to create an account). After opening a new internet page and creating an account it said I had £** as well as a free month (yet I had not been asked to enter the gift card pin). I then was asked how I wanted to be billed so I selected the gift card option and typed my gift card pin in to which it said the gift card had been used. *I have linked the account to my iTunes account but I want to use the gift card credit (which does not seem to be on my account as I have checked my billing info and it’s says I have a free months and my iTunes account will be billed on the **th December). *Please can you tell me how to check if I have been creditted my £** from my gift card and if not how to address this issue. Thank you.
