my poor dad just passed away and when he was here last month my Netflix seemed not to be working and it said the account was not in credit . however I knew it was but it was a sunday and I just logged in and paid thinking it was a small error . however seems like it was taken out and then again * days later and twice again this month on the * th and the *th I would appreciate if you could look into this as I m not sure if it is still under an old email *****@***.com which I cannot access anymore for to cancel it or look at any mail from you. I would like for one of the payment to be stopped and a refund for the two months I was over charged or credit for the next two . either way I would be obliged if you could look into this issue for me . I love the service and don't wish to cancel .**regards*michelle Hardiman*loyal customer
as I said in the email. cancel one of the payments and refund the over payment or credit for the months over charged
I have been a customer about two year I think
I have tired to log on and see why the money was take and to see why I could not get the program up that day until I paid again , after all it is a direct debit from my credit card and never been an issue before.
