I am having issues with my car rental due to a tire problem that requires a new tire rim and sensor with an estimate cost close to $[redacted]. The Hyundai service center needs several days to provide the necessary tire. Because the labor cannot be completed until the parts arrive, I need a rental car. The Hyundai representative has already spoken to your company regarding this matter. My car is currently unusable, and I urgently need a rental car to commute. This is my first claim, and it is frustrating that I am being asked for labor time when the part delivery is beyond my control. My account is linked to the phone number [redacted]. If this issue with obtaining a rental car is not resolved promptly, I will reconsider my insurance purchase. When I previously contacted your company, the unavailability of a rental car was not communicated to me.

I keep receiving emails intended for somebody else, named Justin Trawick, in my inbox. Despite reaching out earlier to address this issue, I am still receiving his insurance information. My name is Justin Wick, and the emails are consistently sent to [redacted] It seems to be an unintentional breach of privacy, and I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved to protect Justin Trawick's confidentiality as well as to stop these emails from reaching my inbox.

I am a staff member in insurance recovery for the City of Bridgeport, CT Public Facilities department. On 04/27/19, your insured, Mr. W.F.D. hit three cars, a city tree, a traffic light control, and an electrical service cabinet. The city needs your correct claims fax number and direct line for your adjuster. The total amount to be recovered by the city is $18,[redacted].50, including $1,[redacted].50 for tree replacement, $[redacted] for traffic control, $15,[redacted] for the electrical cabinet, and $[redacted] for the traffic light. Your prompt response is appreciated. Thank you.

While sorting through old documents, I recently came across an outdated auto insurance policy from Nationwide dating back to September [redacted]. During that time, I experienced an unfortunate incident where my vehicle was totaled in an accident involving an uninsured driver. This led to me needing to acquire a loaner car and unexpectedly purchase a replacement vehicle out of my own pocket, causing financial strain on my family. I am puzzled by the fact that despite not being at fault, I had to bear the responsibility of replacing my car. Even though it has been two decades, I believe it would be equitable for Nationwide to provide financial restitution for the loss of my vehicle. Sincerely, Carol S. Policy #53 45 Q [redacted] (Effective at the time of the accident)

My claim, number [redacted]-GO, was submitted on April 19, [redacted]. Hyundai's service department has not yet received a check from Nationwide. Despite contacting them, they informed me that the check was sent to the Hyundai service department, but they have not responded despite attempts to reach them via voicemail. I am still renting a car from Enterprise in Gaffney and continuing to send updates to my insurance company. Hyundai conducted a road test and identified a part requiring authorization before installation. I am hopeful this issue will be resolved promptly as I am feeling frustrated by the situation.

Hello, I need assistance with my insurance situation. I have a longstanding relationship with Nationwide, having car and home insurance with them for over twenty years. Despite not being at fault for previous claims, my premiums have increased significantly. I find it unfair to be penalized for utilizing the insurance I have faithfully paid for. Another insurance company has mentioned pending claims against me, making it difficult to obtain coverage elsewhere. I reached out to my Nationwide agent for help in reducing my premiums without success. I seek guidance on how to address this issue and whom should I contact for resolution. Thank you. - Denise C.
