I just paid my insurance in full on December **st **** I paid **** over $*,*** two years and it's logged that should carry me through my payment was due on January **th **** that you carry me right through the January **th **** however I just found a letter in my mail and it's from the general and it says that my policy with you people was cancelled on January **th because I did not pay for non payment of renewal down payment I paid the whole freaking bill on the **st why would you cancel my policy the **** is wrong with you so now what do I have insurance with you or not if I don't have insurance where's my money you've never sent my money back and if I do have insurance why the **** would you send me a cancellation notice when I pay the whole bill almost two weeks before that he's had a freaking phone number just couldn't call me somebody needs to get ahold of me right away ***-***-****
