In February I got fired from my job and I filed a claim for unemployment. I got denied benefits and did not appeal the claim. I then found a job three weeks later and started working. Due to COVID-** i got laid- off. I then went to file a new claim for this job and it says that my new claim could not be processed because i still have an existing claim open. However, that claim is done with and I am not receiving any benefits for it. I would like to file my new claim so i can receive benefits. No updates or information has been sent to me to fix this issue, so i have no idea how to fix this problem to file for unemployment for my most recent job. i have not had money in months and would really like this issue to be solved as soon as possible. Please let me know what i need to do and how to fix this problem. Thank you.
