Since March 23, I have made multiple attempts to register and file a claim without success. I have received various messages that indicate the system is encountering issues. I was on disability in November [redacted], then returned to work in December [redacted] and have been employed since. I am wondering if the problems I am facing with the unemployment system could be related to passwords or information from my previous disability claim. I have not received my benefits from my first filing. It has been almost four weeks without any payment. After managing to speak to someone, they corrected an error in my claim application. I was assured it was resolved and should give it a few days for processing to start receiving my payment and retroactive pay. However, it has been longer than that and there are still no updates on my claims. I have dependents to care for, bills to pay, and I urgently need clarification. I have tried contacting them daily from morning till evening but haven't been able to reach anyone.
