Hi,*I have a US phone number with net***(***) ******* and had a budget data user plan (bringing my own phone) until the beginning of June. Since I am in Europa until mid August I interrupted it for the time being.*As I now got an email from you saying that I am risking to loose my phone number if I wouldn't reactive my plan I tried to go on your website - but I cannot get access to it. Why is that so?*Here are my * questions: **) As I said, I am currently in Europe and I am wondering if there is no access to your website from abroad.*So how can I get onto your website to reactivate my plan?***) I am wondering if I really will loose my phone number if I do not reactivate my plan now.
