I had a LGphone for ** yrs. I use ***min. ** day with carryover .. Jun.* I added airtime *online* as always. Jun.* my son got me a smart phone .I switched with the understanding I could resume my old plan if it didn't work. By Jun.*****hrs.* I knew the smart phone was not for me..Jun **...I got on chat to request my service be switched back....The first * people said absolutely ...I had to get new sim...I did that...Long story short...I have chatted with* people...made phone call....emailed you.....It's been * weeks....I had about **** carryover minutes and service thru Aug.* when I switched*****requested to switch bak within ** hrs. I was promised this before I switched. This is my last attempt. Take time to read this and get me back to where I was on June * ****. What is so difficult about this? I am ** years old and I think I could figure out and solve the problem. Waiting for answer
