In regards to ***-***-****. Was given the code ****** for this account, and security code ****. Talked to several people during my * hour call. Finally hung up after being put on hold the last time, for over **mins. Please help resolve this situation. On June *st my Visa was charged twice for **.**. The first time was at *:** merchant number ******. The *nd was at *:** merchant number ******. Merchant type for both transactions was ****. Finally spoke to someone who ACTUALLY found both charges. When he went to refund he said he had no option to refund from his computer. Code was locked or blocked. Christie from my bank said she could provide a printout showing the double charge. Since the second charge was found, it should not be a problem to refund back to my bank acct. The lady * numbers from my card on file is ****. Exactly how long will it take to get this refunded to my acct, so I can have Christie looking for it. Not sure if the double charge happened because I called the automatic system first, there was a problem after all INFO was given, then I had to speak to a person, giving her all the INFO again. Thank you for your help in this matter. Also, would like to thank all the people I spoke with today, they were very kind. Have a great day.
