I purchased a Blackberry blue check blazer, along with a pair of jeans and 2 t-shirts. The jeans and t-shirts have been either delivered or cancelled as needed. However, I am concerned as the delivery date for the blazer was supposed to be on the 29th of December. I have been trying to check the status of the blazer delivery, but every time I call the number listed on the Myntra app, the network provider indicates it as incorrect. Please, can you confirm the status of my order promptly? It has been a week since I placed the order.

I ordered a size 32 blue high waist jean from Roadster, but I received a black mid-rise jean in size 36. I initiated a return request indicating that I received the incorrect item. I am puzzled as to why there is an option that says "Received a wrong order/Different product was delivered" when the process involves contacting customer service, filing a complaint, and then returning the item. It would be helpful to have clearer information on this procedure. Must we wait until the delivery agent declines to take back the package before being informed? While I understand errors can happen, the return process should be more user-friendly. I am disappointed and hesitant to recommend or use Myntra in the future.

I made an order 10 days ago, and I recently got a message saying my package would arrive the next day, even though the estimated date on the site was supposed to be Dec 30th. I provided my work address, and the delivery person called me around 6:30, claiming to be outside my office. It's practically impossible for me to be at the office at 6 pm as most offices are open from 9 am to 4 pm, some until 5 pm. I rescheduled the delivery for today, but the person hasn't arrived yet, and there's been no response to my calls. I hope they don't expect me to be available at 6 pm for the delivery again today. I've tried calling multiple times but have had no luck reaching them. I have several orders pending, so I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly.

I have successfully returned my Baggit Women Red Solid Three Fold Wallet (Return No.: [redacted]). The product tag and quality matched the original. There was no damage or quality issue with the product. While handing it over to the pickup person, they mistakenly marked the pickup status as on hold. I kindly request to remove the on hold status and process the return by refunding the money to my bank account.

Hello, I recently purchased the 'Carlton London Sports Shoes' from my email ID '[redacted]'. After receiving the product, I mistakenly redeemed Myntra Insider points without realizing it. I need a size 7 (Euro 40) and would like to request an exchange, but I cannot do so because the points were already redeemed. When I contacted Myntra's customer service, they were unable to resolve the issue and suggested I gift the shoes to someone else. I was unaware of the Insider points policy and do not want the points, I simply want a refund or the correct shoe size. The shoes I received are too small for me. I am disappointed with the service provided and have never had such a bad experience with Myntra before. I purchased a Dressberry sandal from Myntra on December 12th and made the payment. The estimated delivery date was December 23rd, so I expected to receive my order by the 24th. However, it's now December 30th, and I still haven't received my parcel. When I check the order status, it repeatedly says, "Sorry for the delay, we will deliver your order as soon as possible." I haven't received any messages or calls regarding the delivery. The status also alternates between "shipment out for delivery" and then encountering issues like "unable to deliver" or "number is switched off." I'm frustrated with this situation and need assistance.

I made a purchase on Myntra and noticed that my Myntra credits were supposed to be deducted from the total amount to be paid online, with the remaining balance to be paid upon delivery. However, the deduction did not occur as expected. Now I am facing payment issues because of this error. I am disappointed with this technical glitch and expect better service. I need to discuss this matter with customer support.

Dear Sir, I have been consistently receiving my online ordered products at my address without any issues. Today, I received another order from your site at my delivery address. However, this afternoon I received a message stating that my area is now considered not serviceable. This change has left me quite disappointed, especially since I recently provided feedback about a previously delivered product from your site where I shared my dissatisfaction regarding the behavior of your delivery agent. Shortly after my feedback, I was informed that my area is not serviceable and was asked to pick up the package from a different location. I have always received my online orders without any issues until today when I was told my area is not serviceable despite receiving a product earlier. I previously shared feedback about a delivery agent's unprofessional behavior. Now, I've been asked to pick up my order from a different location due to my area being unserviceable. Dear Myntra Customer Service, I recently purchased a Kurti with Order No.: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] on 14th Dec and received it on 23rd Dec. Unfortunately, upon unwrapping the parcel, I discovered a defect in the Kurti print and immediately applied for an exchange on 23rd Dec. Today, on 30th Dec, the delivery personnel from Myntra arrived to exchange the product but refused to take it, stating that approval is needed for defective pieces. The item remains on hold, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. As a paying customer, I expect a prompt resolution and request a fresh piece at the earliest. Hello, I am unsure why the quality check was rejected for my recent order. I received the item on December 29th at 11:50 AM, and immediately realized there were fitting issues. I initiated a return request just an hour later, at 12:56 PM on the same day. While an exchange wasn't possible due to size unavailability, it's understandable. I'm puzzled as to how the item could be deemed used or damaged within only an hour of delivery. The item was picked up for return on December 30th at 3:16 PM, and the delivery person verified its good condition upon inspection, with all tags and bar codes intact. Yesterday, I received a message stating my order would be delivered today, but I have yet to receive it. After contacting the delivery person, he mentioned he would arrive within 1.5 hours but never followed up. Upon calling in the evening, he postponed the delivery to the next day. Despite providing clear directions when he called back, he still couldn't find the address. In frustration, I decided to go to the location which was only a 5-minute drive from my place. When I arrived, he had already left, insisting he would come the next day. The delayed delivery and the delivery person's unprofessional behavior have caused a lot of inconvenience, wasting my time and causing unnecessary confusion.

I recently purchased the LAKME Absolute Blur Perfect Makeup Primer, but I was extremely disappointed with my order. The product I received had "TESTER NOT FOR SALE" on the packaging, and inside instead of the primer, there was Weightless Mousse Foundation, a product I did not intend to purchase. I am confused about what to do with this incorrect product and concerned that it appears items marked as not for sale are being sold inappropriately.

Hello, I placed an order for an AKS Green and golden printed kurta and palazzo set on the 30th of December [redacted]. The expected delivery date was indicated as the 12th of January [redacted]. I have contacted customer service to request expedited delivery of the item. However, the order status has remained unchanged since yesterday, with no dispatch confirmation yet. Regarding the Swarovski set (Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) delivered on December 28th, I made the payment using my debit card. Unfortunately, the inner chain is too small for my neck, rendering the outer one useless. Despite escalating the issue five times since December 28th, I have received false promises from your company and nobody seems willing to resolve my problem. I have been consistently told that the product cannot be returned. Is this the level of customer service you provide? As an Icon member who trusts your site, I am seeking a solution. If a refund to my bank account is not feasible, please issue Myntra credits instead.

I recently shopped for about 50k worth of garments in December as a loyal customer. However, one of the items I received was incorrect. The "All About You" suit was missing the pants, and despite my attempts to return it, customer care claimed it was my fault. I am writing about a recent shopping experience I had in December as a loyal customer where I purchased garments worth approximately 50k. However, there was an issue with two products: 1. All About You suit - I received a sealed packet with only the blazer and no pants inside. Despite multiple requests through calls and emails to return it, MyMytra's customer care executives have denied my request, blaming me. 2. Black Mast & Harbour longline dress - The price tag attached did not match the price I ordered, so the return was not accepted by the pickup person until I receive approval, which I have not received to date. As a loyal customer, I find this treatment from Myntra very disappointing. I feel that I am being harassed as a customer, and the focus is only on the company's image rather than resolving my concerns. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I placed an order for an adidas sweatshirt on December 25th and received it on December 29th. However, the size I received (L) measures 74cm, which matches the XL size on the app's chart, making it too large for me. I immediately requested an exchange for a smaller size (M), not size S as was processed. Despite numerous calls to customer support, I have been given the runaround and the exchange is still pending. I urgently need the correct size before I leave town for an exam on the 6th and 7th. The lack of proper assistance and delays have left me frustrated and considering escalating this to the consumer forum if a resolution is not provided by January 8th.
