I placed an order of two items on **-Sep-**** on COD basis. Myntra order ID was *******-*******-*******. Out of two items, I item was returned of value INR *****-. When I tried to check the refund status, the login was not allowed several days giving error massage. When I contacted customer care from my registered mobile number, it was also not connected. After repeated trials, similar problems occurred again and again. So I contacted customer care from my jio number. I was informed by customer care executive that my account is blocked. My refund money was also transferred to someone others account. I lodged complaint and after a rigorous follow up and escalations, the account was made operational on ** Nov ****. But, still I am facing problem. I tried to order using the credit balance of INR *****- several times, but the order is getting cancelled automatically within few minutes and refund is processed. I have raised several complaints about this to Myntra. Still, even after elapse of more than one month, similar problems is happening again and again. Please help.
