Dear Sir/Madam, I, Harsh S., an esteemed Myntra customer, am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the conduct of one of your supervisors, Gaurav, at the customer call center. I had contacted the customer service twice consecutively regarding a product return on June 6th, receiving confirmation via SMS on June 7th at 12:30 pm. Upon noticing the absence of a refund on June 26th, I reached out to customer care. After a promise of a callback within 24 hours and a resolution by July 1st, I awaited a response on June 27th, which never came. Upon calling back and requesting a supervisor, I was connected with Gaurav. Despite his apologies, I found him uncooperative and unprofessional. His claim of being the highest authority at Myntra and refusal to transfer me to his manager were unacceptable. I demand proper resolution for my refund request and request a callback from a manager promptly. Sincerely, Harsh S.

I ordered 5 watches and 2 suitcases from Myntra, but one Kenneth Cole suitcase has not arrived. I placed the order on 21st June, expecting it before my friend's birthday on the 30th. The tracking showed no movement from Myntra between 22nd June and 27th June. The Kenneth Cole suitcase has been sitting in their warehouse packed and ready for 5 days without being shipped. When I contacted customer service, they blamed transport issues, which doesn't make sense since the rest of my order is on time. The customer service representative, "Champion," was rude and unhelpful.

Upon quickly receiving my shipment, I promptly requested a return on the Myntra website and cited "received damaged" as the reason. Surprisingly, the person who came to collect the item declined to take it when I truthfully explained the issue. I couldn't fathom why they would assume I damaged a mere [redacted]/- t-shirt. The issue isn't about the cost but the principle. What if I had bought something more expensive and faced a similar problem? When directed to contact customer care, I discovered there was no email provided, and attempting to call only led to a voicemail where I left my details. They eventually called back and requested a formal complaint about the defect. Shouldn't indicating the reason for return on their site suffice? Am I to blame for receiving a faulty item? Shouldn't quality checking be their responsibility before shipping? It appears customer satisfaction isn't their priority as they only seem focused on inspecting items upon return for a refund. This experience has made me wary of online purchases, and I plan to caution my loved ones too. Despite the unresponsive customer care, they are quick to solicit feedback unless it concerns resolving issues. I am considering sharing my experience on Twitter.

Regarding my order number [redacted][redacted]3, I would like to address an issue. The item is marked as delivered, but it was not received by my sister at the intended location. The delivery partner has admitted to losing the package on a phone call on June 17, [redacted]. I have contacted customer service three times on June 17, 20, and 25, [redacted], and filed a complaint. Despite providing proof that the signature on the delivered package is fake and not my sister's, I have been asked to wait without any further action. This situation is frustrating, and I feel like I am being misled as a customer. I kindly request that the package is either delivered to the correct address promptly or a refund is issued to avoid escalation to the Consumer Forum.

Dear Team, I recently placed an order for a Here and Now Polo Collar T-shirt in Navy Blue, size 'L' (ORDER NO: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) on 14/06/19. However, instead of receiving the correct item, I was sent a pair of Pink ladies leggings without a price tag on 19/06/19. I promptly initiated a return request explaining the wrong delivery. The delivery person who arrived to collect the item on 20/06/19 claimed he couldn't accept the return as the item did not match their records. Despite my repeated return requests on 20/06/[redacted] and 29/06/[redacted], the Shadow Fax delivery executive on both occasions refused to take back the incorrect product. I kindly urge you to facilitate the collection of the item promptly without further inconvenience, as I am a loyal Myntra customer. I expect a swift refund to be processed back to my account. Dear Team, I am writing to address some recent issues I encountered with Myntra. Issue 1: I placed an order on June 15, [redacted], with Order no: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Despite requesting gift wrapping and a message, the delivery did not include these. This was disappointing as I intended the order for my brother's birthday, hoping he would receive our wishes with the gift. Issue 2: Regarding the order from April 16, [redacted], with Order no: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], the shirt (HIGHLANDER Men Black&Olive Green slim fit) I purchased for my brother did not match the model's photo. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing regarding my recent order ([redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) placed on 20.06.[redacted] for a CROCS Navy Blue Sandal, size 7, and a Heather Hues Top, size XL. Unfortunately, I received the wrong product in black and size 9. Despite raising an exchange request on the same day, I have yet to receive the correct item. I have been receiving daily messages that the correct product is out for delivery, yet it has not arrived. Customer care has been unresponsive, only asking me to wait 72 hours for a resolution. Additionally, the Heather Hues Top I ordered also had a fitting issue, and despite initiating a return request promptly, the pick-up has been delayed and the return put on hold citing quality check issues. I kindly request the cancellation of the exchange product request, as well as the immediate return and refund for both the incorrect CROCS and the Heather Hues Top. I placed order number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. During checkout, the total amount was shown as [redacted].00, but upon delivery, the courier charged me [redacted].00. Myntra customer service explained the additional cost was for shipping. Typically, when ordering, the app displays the final amount inclusive of all charges, taxes, and shipping fees. It's frustrating to believe that the stated charge is [redacted].00, yet upon delivery, there's an unexpected increase. This has happened before, resulting in extra shipping fees paid on top of the initial amount. If I had paid by card during checkout, would the courier still demand an additional [redacted].00 upon delivery? The inconsistency between what was initially communicated and the later correction is unsettling. I hope Myntra can provide a reasonable explanation that makes sense. The sudden shift in information and the confusion created during the conversation with customer service is truly disappointing.

Hello, I would like to inform you about the return of two items I received on the 28th, which were incorrect. Return number: [redacted] (UFO Boys Blue Skinny Fit Solid Regular Trousers) Return number: [redacted] (UFO Boys Yellow Regular Fit Solid Casual Shirt) Although the item descriptions in the above reference numbers are correct, I received entirely wrong products. The delivery agent attempted to collect them on the 29th and 30th but refused due to the mismatch. I was advised to raise a complaint by calling customer care. I have logged a complaint with reference number IN[redacted][redacted]. I am still receiving SMS/Emails that the return collection failed and will be retried. Despite conversations with customer care on June 30th and July 1st, I was assured of an early resolution. I recently received a broken Maybelline Compact Powder from Myntra (Order no. - [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) on June 28th, [redacted]. Upon opening the package, I discovered the powder was scattered. After contacting customer care and registering a complaint with them, I was informed that further communication would be via email. Unfortunately, I have not received any emails regarding the issue. After following up, I was told that it takes 72 hours for the complaint to be registered. It has been three days since then, and I have not heard anything regarding the resolution of my concern. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I would like to exchange my Crocs Unisex Brown Offroad Sport Clogs with Order No: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I am dissatisfied with the quality and suspect they are not authentic or new. I'm encountering issues with the barcode verification on the Myntra website, which prevents me from processing the exchange. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach customer service through the provided phone number, and there is no call-back feature as an alternative. It is frustrating and urgent for me to resolve this matter promptly by updating the delivery status to "delivered." I believe I have received a counterfeit product and wish to return it as soon as possible.

I received a damaged product on June 25th. On the same day, I initiated an exchange order. On July 2nd, I received a call from the delivery person to collect the product outside my office, but they didn't give it to me as I didn't have prior approval. I wasn't aware that prior approval was necessary for a damaged product exchange until then. After calling the call centre on the spot, I lodged a complaint. The next day, the delivery person called again for the product collection. I was surprised to find out the approval had been granted. It was frustrating that the delivery person wasn't updated on this. The same situation occurred today, July 3rd. I contacted the call centre once more, and they took the complaint. This ongoing hassle with no estimated time of resolution is disappointing. Despite being a Myntra customer for 8 years, this is my first negative experience. I'm now considering if I want to continue using Myntra in the future.

I am disappointed with the service I have received from your company. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], and I ordered Skechers Go Fast Valor shoes, but I received a pair of black Skechers loafers instead. Despite wanting to exchange the shoes, your customer service representatives have given me conflicting information and made the process difficult. Initially, I was told the product was out of stock and I could only get a refund, but later I was informed I could exchange it when the item was back in stock. I love the shoes I originally ordered and want them, not a refund. I canceled the return in hopes of receiving the correct shoes, but when they became available, I was told I could only get a refund. This back and forth and the lack of clarity from your customer service team has been frustrating. Please improve your processes to avoid disappointing customers like me in the future.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that the delay was due to the reorganization of the delivery by me, according to the courier company. Despite this, I did not make any changes and have not been contacted by the courier company. This is my first time ordering from your company, and I am quite disappointed with the current situation. I have already paid for the item and am still waiting for its delivery. Not receiving the product within a reasonable period following the agreed-upon deadline is a violation of the Consumer Rights Act [redacted]. Time is of the essence now. I am disappointed with the lack of response regarding my ticket IN[redacted][redacted]. I initially received Jockey briefs instead of Mango treggings and after several calls, I finally got approval for the return. However, the delivery guy was not informed about the exchange and wanted me to return the wrong item. Despite escalating the issue on 2nd July and being asked to wait 72 hours, there has been no resolution. The escalation manager, Lata, was unhelpful and rude during our interaction. The service I have received has been extremely poor, from sending the wrong product to the unprofessional handling of the return process. It is frustrating to be charged for an item I did not receive and then face such difficulties trying to rectify the situation.

Hello, I am a Myntra customer. A few days ago, I encountered difficulties receiving an OTP on my email when trying to make a purchase using myntra credit of Rs. [redacted]. After contacting customer service, they advised me to clear the app data, which resulted in logging me out of my account. Struggling to recall my password, I attempted to reset it with the link option but did not receive the reset link in my email. Despite my email functioning for other emails, the issue persisted after customer service suggested waiting and retrying. They recommended sending an email to Myntra with screenshots of the problem, yet I do not have the email address to do so. I can provide the screenshots if needed. I would like to report an issue I had with Myntra regarding an order I placed for Puma Women Blue Solid Straight-Fit Joggers under Order No.[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Instead of receiving the Blue color, I received Grey. When I tried to return the item, the delivery executive refused, citing a color mismatch. I contacted Myntra's customer care on multiple occasions, speaking with representatives named Kapil, Bhavya, and Shashank. They asked me to wait for 72 hours, then 24 hours, and then another 24 hours, promising a call back from a Customer Care Manager. Unfortunately, no one followed up, and I am concerned about the delay affecting my HDFC Credit Card bill. Hi, I'm Armaan. I ordered a Red Tape blue and black regular fit check shirt in size 42. Upon opening the parcel, I realized it wouldn't fit and did not remove any tags from the shirt. I received the green top I ordered on the 8th of July [redacted], and I'm disappointed to find several defects: 1) It is not [redacted]% cotton as advertised. 2) The neckline is uncomfortably sharp due to poorly tailored lace. 3) There is a noticeable difference in the shade of the top. I reached out to customer service to request a return, but was informed that I am unable to return it as I used points for the purchase. I understand that the points can be deducted, but I believe it is important to address the defects in this product. It is essential that this defective item is returned promptly.
