I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, customer care, and delivery agents. I had to wait a long time to speak to someone about my undelivered parcel scheduled for delivery on the 3rd, which is still missing as of the 9th. The delivery agent does not answer calls despite multiple attempts and provides false information claiming delivery attempts were made. There have been no updates on the app since the 5th. Every time I call, a new customer service representative answers, and I have to continuously explain the situation. If the delivery agent is unresponsive, it is the company's responsibility. Despite receiving conflicting messages about the delivery, I have been on hold for 10 minutes with no response. Please provide a solution to this issue and improve communication.

I bought Mast and Harbour shoes that were too small, so I requested a return. The associate scheduled to pick them up, but I was traveling, and I asked for a 2-day delay. However, he didn't come back. I received feedback stating that the product wasn't up to standard, even though the material and tags were fine. Despite returning it promptly, the logistics team placed the request on hold after picking it up on July 9th, citing a failed quality check. I am dismayed by this as I believe the product was not properly inspected before being sent to me. Despite contacting customer care twice, I am dissatisfied with the outcome and the request to wait 5-6 days for Myntra's decision. Hello Myntra, I have some feedback for you. It would be great if when you advertise your sales and discounts, you actually provide the promised deals. Recently, I noticed that my wishlisted products on your app had increased prices. Adding insult to injury, right before payment, the prices were hiked up. Are you attempting to deceive us? This shopping experience is disappointing. Please ensure that your offers during sales and discounts are genuine. Using questionable tactics for profit is not appreciated. Please improve this.

I placed an order (Order ID [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) on June 21 with a scheduled delivery date of July 2. However, as of July 10, I have yet to receive the order and there have been no updates or responses from your team. I requested a return and received a pickup date, but your partner never arrived on the scheduled day. When I contacted your team on the third day, they claimed the delivery partner attempted pickup but I was unresponsive, which is untrue.
During my first call, I was instructed to wait 72 hours for a resolution. After calling on the fourth day, I was given the same reason and told to wait an additional 24 hours. My registered number was blocked, and even after managing to contact using another number, I was told to wait another 24 hours. I am now unable to reach your team at all, leading me to cancel my order. I am unsure about the status of the return item and despite receiving SMS messages about the pickup today.
Your team's handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing, and it feels like the service is run like a small shop.

I have been trying to reach Myntra support for the last five days. Initially, I was assured that I would receive the order by July 13. However, today I was informed that it will take another five days to receive my order. I have not received any updates via message or email about the order status. I am extremely disappointed with the support system. The customer care representative did not take any extra steps to check with the delivery partner, EKART, and advised me to contact them myself. I am unsure if I made the purchase from Myntra or EKART. This has been my worst customer care experience.

I recently purchased men's running shoes from Myntra. However, after finding that the size did not fit, I initiated a return request. When the pickup agent came to retrieve the item, he claimed it had been used despite the tag still being attached, the product being unused, and the bill available. He even mentioned a deduction if he took the item. My mother reassured him that it was unused, but he insisted we need to place a new return request. I placed this order on June 24th. According to the records, it was shipped on July 1st with an expected delivery date of July 5th. However, I have not received the order yet and have not been provided with any updates on the delivery status. Despite contacting Myntra customer service daily, they only ask me to wait for hours without any follow-up or information on the progress. I am always the one initiating the contact.
Furthermore, no one, not even the senior executive, has the authority to cancel the order on my behalf. This lack of control for the customer is a significant flaw in the technical and business model. In this situation, it seems like there are no alternatives provided for the customer. I placed an order for a shoulder bag on June 20th using the gold slot. On June 23rd, I received a notification that my order had been shipped. I am writing to inform you that I ordered the Nike Men's Navy Blue ASTS CRKT MNK Dry Jacket on 18 July. However, I received a Blue T-shirt (AJ8022-[redacted]) instead. I reported the issue on 22 July, and although I received approval from Myntra, the courier company did not receive the necessary approval to exchange the product after three failed attempts. This delay is causing me distress as I paid for a higher-priced item but received a lower-priced one. Despite numerous calls to Myntra, the issue remains unresolved, and false assurances are being provided. As advised by my legal counsel, I may pursue this matter in the Consumer court due to the incorrect delivery and the mental strain caused by the situation.

Despite giving him my father's details as I am currently abroad, he has not delivered the product.
