On Oct * I redeemed **** points to go to my United mileage account --- and they never showed up. I have been emailing them about * times, they say they are updating, but nothing happens. They ask me strange questions, (To investigate further, can you let me know if you have redeemed for a UMP in January. Have you gifted your United Mileage redemption to another user? )and never answer mine. ( The answer to her strange questions was no and no) I want my points transferred to my United Mileage account. **Their ticket number is ******* .
