I have a Movistar Famitel AT *** landline. ITs not picking up messages on the answer service which l pay for. I am now told that friends cannot get through and that there is a problem. I have rung it and it says that the number does not exist. I have had that number for ** years !!!. I rang **** and that was beyond awful. Spent an hour holding and being passed around. service is abysmal. CAn you help.
