I have tried for months to get a hold of someone and nobody will answer the phone. I get a message that there’s a high volume of calls please try your call later. FOR * MONTHS this PEOPLE ***I haven’t been able to use my card because for some reason I can’t log into my movie pass and it won’t send me an email to reset my password.**I am extremely disappointed with this company you continue to take my money but can’t answer your phone. *All I want is to be able to use something I pay for every month. **I guess my next step is to contact the better business bureau. This is ridiculous, I haven’t been able to use this card for months, but you continue to take my money, and I can’t even get in to cancel my subscription. I am very disappointed in this company.**I will go to ALL social media and write bad reviews on how terrible this moviepass is. I am not the only person having troubles with this company .**Please contact me so we can get this resolved immediately!!! **Carrie
