I haven't been able to use my movie pass for the past month because no movies are available, so I cancelled my subscription. a few days later I got an email saying that with the new update to their policy*plans, I have been resubscribed and I will be charged again at the end of my billing period. I don't want that. I actually want to cancel my subscription. None of the customer service *'s I've found for movie pass are working and the help section of the movie passes app just causes the app to shut down. I don't want to be charged for another month, and I would honestly like a refund for this past month too since I haven't been able to use it at all, cause there are no e-ticket theaters near me.
GetHuman-nayjay did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
