Ralph and Mary Rybacki ******@***.com* We have the original movie pass contract from ********. In the last month we have been not able to get tickets to most movies. I was even blocked out of Christopher Robin at **:** but could get tickets to the *pm show. last night we went again to Regal Lake Zurich,IL and the only movie available was Meg! You just sent my husband an email stating THAT YOU ARE NOT CAPPED TO * MOVIES PER MONTH. and as a reminder we are able to see a new movie each day, we are not subject to peak pricing and we need to upload a copy of your ticket stub which I have done when asked. Please fix our app so we are able to see whatever movie we what each day like our original plan we paid for. We spoke to the theater management and they said lots of people with the original contract have the same problem.
