Help with my MoviePass issue

MoviePass's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman967447 a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman967447's own words
I already signed up for MoviePass and everything. I paid when I first subscribe, I got my card in the mail. So I thought I could go ahead and watch movies. Mind you, I signed up on July ** so I thought the monthly billing would start as soon as you signed up and paid, but on August * they sent me a email saying that they couldn’t get the funds from my card for the month. I knew I didn’t have money so I thought I could go a couple days because I got paid on August *. So when I tried to sign in on the MoviePass app when I got paid, they said I don’t have an active subscription. So after two days of waiting, or maybe one y’all are just going to cancel my subscription?! That just doesn’t make any sense to me, you couldn’t be more patient with me? Do I really have to wait nine whole months to do this all over again? If I do, I want my $*.** back when I first signed up.
