Help with my MoviePass issue

MoviePass's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-maryhma a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-maryhma's own words
I emailed canceling my MoviePass while it was still my free month. * of my grown daughters tried to get the app on my phone and could not - guess it is not the correct phone. When emailed and asked to be cancelled as I could not access the app the response was that I would not be able to reactivate for * months. Sad as if I get a new phone I would like to use a new moviepass. I did cancel within the first free month trial. My card has now been charged so I need to be refunded for the charges as I had cancelled my card. I tried to call in today and the message says that there is some difficulty and I could not talk to a person. Please credit my account so I don't have to deny charges on my credit card - bad for both of us thank you Mary Hendrickson
GetHuman-maryhma did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
