GetHuman-basketti's next move: talk to MoviePass again when they open.
MoviePass's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-basketti a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I have been trying to reach moviepass for sometime as I have paid for this subscription for * MONTHS, never received a card, tried to cancel from the app on multiple occasions and I ma totally fed up. I am a college student with limited funds and now you have **.** of my money and have only got to use this service a handful of times and each time I have had to DRIVE TO A THEATER OVER ** MILES AWAY as I didn't have the card...so MORE MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN in gas and time. I WANT A FULL REFUND. I have asked my Mother to take over my case and she is a consumer affairs professional. She is contacting appropriate offices about your lack of service, delivery and response.
