MoviePass's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-joejtaka a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Go see a movie. ... I received an email from movie pass and I updated it, as instructed. My Movie Pass s upgraded but when I tried to use it at a Regal cinema in Austintown, Ohio, it stated that my months use has been used. I do not understand? My email is *****@***.com. I like Movie Pass and your attention has been Fantastic. Do I owe more for my card, if so, please update to the original Visa card used. Please advise at your soonest.
Your initial response was tremendous. Thank you. However, the Movie Pass still did not work? Do I owe more money??
Reactivate my movie pass. If more money is needed* please advise???
