I signed up for movie pass on my ipad and downloaded the app on my phone where I had been using it. Last week while my phone was on the charger, I tried to use my iPad to check out which movie I wanted to see later that night. When I got to the theatre and tried to order the movie on my phone, I no longer had access to the account. I tried changing the password, but that didn't work. I uninstalled the app on my iPad, but when I try to login with my phone, I get a message that movie pass is in use on another device. Fist I didn't know that I couldn't login from my tablet, second, I uninstalled the app from my tablet. So has my account been cancelled? How can I get access to my account again?
GetHuman-imminenc did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-imminenc fixed the problem
Movie pass only allows login to one device per their new terms and conditions. I called the Movie pass customer service number and had my account reset to my Samsung phone that I always used prior to logging in to my iPad.
