I’m so frustrated with your app and lack of help and I’m ready to cancel. I have had movie pass for a few months so I’m familiar with how to use it. Last night I had to pay for my movie and my fianc*’s because movie pass was declining. Since we had plans with friends we couldn’t just walk out. I was charged $** for our tickets because I couldn’t get help through the app and then was charged my fee for movie pass this morning. Today I have been trying to “contact us” through the app and keep getting reply bubbles but no section for me to ask another question. What am I paying movie pass for if I can’t see a movie? Multiple other users were experiencing this issue too at ICON theater with movie pass. Please help.
