Stopped getting billed $*.** twice a month. ... DOUBLE BILLING: I keep on getting billed on the **nd of each month for an account that does not have a MoviePass card nor any usage. My good account is billed on the *st of each month, which I use. Both charges are charged on my Amex card. I spoke to a MoviePass rep in January, who said to me it would be fixed, which it was not. I shall attempt with MoviePass again. It is not resolved, I will dispute the **nd charge with Amex and, maybe, cancel my other good account. Maybe you guys maybe able to help me on this double billing problem?
I spoke to a MoviePass rep in January with an email followup attaching my Amex card statment showing the double billing charges. The rep's action, if any, did not stop MoviePass from billing me on the **nd of each month for an account that does not have the card and does not have any usage. The good account is billed on the *st of each month.
I want them to stop billing me on the **nd of each month.
I use it according to their rules and pay charges thru PayPal to my American Express card. PayPal was a waste of time as they did nothing to fix this problem. I now believe PayPal is useless to me and will only use them for eBay purchases.
Next step, is to dispute the **nd billing, cancel my good MoviePass account and then instruct American Express to reject any charges from MoviePass to my credit card acct.
