If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.

download photos from my phone to the flash drive ... first time customer because of ad on Facebook, also FB saying it was recommended by a friend
contacting Mobstub...they reply once with instructions but after completing instructions I have not heard back from them--for * weeks

How GetHuman-ginzio fixed the problem
I kept communicating with them...I had to supply all kinds of information..they finally asked for the tracking* of the package I returned...then they immediately posted my refund. This is a very difficult company to deal with if you have to make a return. I would not purchase anything from them again..their advertising is very misleading also.
