Retrieve account data ... I needed to sign into my account and my cell phone number has changed. A prompt for "try another way, it will take longer" came up, but no followup message appeared with instructions on what to do next. My new cell is ***-***-**** but my old cell is ***-***-****. The old cell is no longer active. What should I do now? (*****@***.com)

Wanted to access a reset option (option didn't appear the first time, found chat session option on different page)
