I have many Mikasa items in my kitchen, including the Delray modern bone china bowls. Unfortunately, one of the bowls broke while my husband was holding it with blueberries inside. I am concerned that the set might be defective, as it wasn't exposed to any extreme conditions. I purchased these bowls in-store within the last year, but I cannot locate the receipt. As a loyal customer with multiple sets of Mikasa products, including the French Countryside dishes and silverware sets, I'm seeking guidance on how to proceed with a return or replacement for these potentially faulty items.
