I resell HP products and offer repair services, component upgrades, and fresh operating system installations for pre-owned PCs. Lately, we've encountered a problem with Windows Pro on some devices forcing users to link a Microsoft work or school account, making it impossible to fully wipe the system. We believe this issue is due to the setup process for organizations, which locks the device into a specific usage mode. Our goal is to reset the device to allow customers to choose their desired setup without being locked in. Despite our efforts, including using the Ctrl + Alt + F3 method, we have been unable to remove the organization requirement. Any advice on how to exit organization mode and return the device to a default setup would be greatly appreciated, as this challenge is becoming quite frustrating.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue where my email was flagged as suspicious. Despite submitting the verification form multiple times, I have been unable to regain access to my email account. This email is crucial to me as it stores most of my important accounts, and I have been using it for years. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account. I do have a record of contacts I have previously emailed, accessed through my Mail App on Windows 10. Additionally, I can provide details such as my username, password, and even the skin of my Minecraft account (linked to my Microsoft Account) under the username Huzefa_Zafar. Two work email accounts encountered errors while sending emails to a large group this morning. The error message indicated that the message couldn't be delivered because the sender was not recognized as valid and may be suspected of sending spam. The specific error code received was '[redacted] 5.1.8 Access denied, bad outbound sender'. The suggested solution involves checking outbound sending limits and spam policies, where users exceeding these limits may be restricted from sending emails but can still receive them. These users are typically added to the Restricted Users page in the Microsoft [redacted] Defender portal, leading to non-delivery reports with error code 5.1.8. As an admin, upon checking the Restricted Users Page in Microsoft [redacted] Defender, the message displayed "No Data Available." This issue prevents the admin from resolving the problem for the affected users who still cannot send out emails.

After installing the optional update #KB[redacted], my Windows 7 Backup & Restore icon became non-functional. Upon trying to create a Recovery Disc, an error message "Can't create a Recovery Disc - Some required files are missing" appeared. This issue was discovered after a failed backup that left the backup corrupted. The Restore function still works but without the ability to create a Recovery Disc. Subsequently, backing up to another disc results in the same problem. Currently, I only have the original Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit disc, and all upgrades were done through Microsoft Installs. I've uninstalled the update #KB[redacted] but the problem persists, and my PC still shows version v.21H2 instead of v.211H1. The backup disc now only contains recent corrupted backups.

My computer got hacked, and a flashing message warned me not to turn off my system or risk losing all data. Despite trying to exit and close the message, nothing worked. A phone number kept appearing, so I called and reached someone who claimed to be from Microsoft. He demanded $[redacted] to resolve the issue, then asked for an additional $[redacted], followed by pressuring me into lifetime coverage for more money. Even though I mentioned having PCMatic, he insisted it wouldn’t help. Panicked, I handed over $[redacted] more. When he requested an extra $[redacted], I tried to pay via PayPal but lacked the funds. I’m attempting to contact PayPal to cancel the last payment. This behavior doesn’t seem aligned with Microsoft's standards of customer service. I have his contact details and name. Can anyone offer guidance on what I should do next?

I am currently unable to access my Outlook mail account. This issue arose after receiving around 40 spam emails, which I then reported as phishing scams. Following this, I found myself locked out of my account, where I store all my work files. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I continue to face the same message indicating that my account has been locked due to detected violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement. The instructions provided to unlock my account through the link "aka.ms/compliancelock" have been unsuccessful. I have submitted a request for assistance, but the automated support has not resolved the situation, leaving me unable to work for the past two days.

I had access to Microsoft Word, Excel, etc., on my old Apple computer. However, when I switched to a new computer, I encountered issues with accessing my Microsoft documents. I received a message prompting me to verify my license by answering some security questions related to an old email address. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email account to answer the questions. Despite numerous attempts to access my documents, I have been unsuccessful. I am now receiving prompts to update my Microsoft Word app, but the Apple Store indicates that no update is necessary. I am eager to speak with a live representative to resolve this issue and regain access to my materials.

Despite efforts from our marketing and tech teams with Microsoft for 6 weeks, the problem lingers. Our reputable 501c3 status and user opt-ins necessitate a prompt resolution. I recently bought Office and I'm facing an issue where I can't access it due to an outdated email address with a typo in it. I rely on Office for various tasks, and I'm frustrated that I'm unable to correct this mistake and use the software. Spending late nights working only to hit a roadblock like this is disheartening. I've been trying to update my Windows without any success. Every time I check for updates, I receive the error message: "There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x[redacted]2)". It also shows the last time I checked for updates was on [redacted]/11/24, which is incorrect. Following a fix I found online, I tried changing the startup type of the 'Windows Update' service from 'Disabled' to manual or automatic in the services.msc menu. However, when I try to apply the change, I get a popup saying access is denied. I need to resolve this issue urgently to update my windows. Thank you for your assistance.

I would like Microsoft to check a HP laptop model released on 12-20-[redacted], one month before [redacted]. The laptop model is HP 15 db0004dx with AMD Ryzen 3 2200U with Radeon Vega Mobile. This system fulfills all requirements including UEFI, Secure Boot, and TPM 2.0 enabled. I believe AMD should be made aware to include this model on their CPU Support Chipset List. Despite the AMD Ryzen 3 2200U not being listed on the Supported Chipset List, I was able to perform a clean install of Windows 11 successfully with all updates and drivers from Microsoft without any issues. The PC Health Check seems to be giving a false positive as everything worked seamlessly without any workarounds. It appears AMD should support AMD Ryzen from Zen1 based on my experience. I hope this can be rectified without resorting to negative actions.

On January 17th, I encountered an issue with Outlook not accepting my password and failing to update with new emails. Logging into my MS [redacted] account now requires a code sent to either my email, which has not been updating since January 17th, or a text message which I believe is being sent to my landline phone number [redacted]. Due to my email not updating and the phone number on file being my landline, I am stuck in a continuous loop. I kindly request that the phone number on file be changed to my cell phone number [redacted]. Your assistance in correcting this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I bought a Dell Inspiron A10 in October [redacted], and they transferred all my software from my old computer, including my paid Office [redacted] subscription. I'm having trouble accessing my Microsoft account. The system keeps asking me to check my email, but I can't access it. My wife has a local account, which works fine. I am experiencing issues with setting up encrypted email for my business through Office [redacted] on my PC. I have Windows 10 for personal email and Office [redacted] through GoDaddy for work. Despite purchasing the ZixMail plug-in app, I am encountering an error message stating "Bad login or password" when trying to activate encryption. I contacted GoDaddy to resolve the issue by updating my password, but the problem persists. ZixMail has requested GoDaddy to enable the ability to create app passwords. I was playing Xbox One and got signed out. I tried to log back in but couldn't, so I had to go to my PC to resolve the issue. When I entered my email [redacted] and password, it asked me for a 7-digit verification code to be sent to an allied email [redacted] When I tried to log into the allied email, it also required the 7-digit code sent back to [redacted] I got stuck in a loop. I then tried to fill out a recovery form but failed even after filling in all the correct information. I created a new email with the same first and last name written in Unicode, but the recovery failed again. After changing the Unicode characters to my real name Michael Schueller, I attempted a recovery once more, and this time it worked. It seems the Unicode characters in my account's name were causing the recovery issue. I need help since I have been locked out of all my devices.
