As a 84-year-old Canadian Veteran with a PTSD Disability, I recently received a message from Microsoft informing me that my email account, [redacted], was hacked and subsequently locked for security purposes. This has caused a significant issue for me as I rely on this account to access benefits and medication from Canadian Veterans Affairs. I am struggling to create a new free account due to the locked email. I kindly request assistance with unlocking and removing the block on my account. Thank you for your help. Robert Taylor from Canada. Phone: 1-[redacted].

I recently got a new computer and tried to set up a Micro Edge account. Unfortunately, I couldn't change the year in my birthdate, so now it shows me as being born on 2/21/21. This mistake is causing issues as I'm being treated like a child online and denied access to some emails and websites. I sought help from the community and even looked up guides on how to edit the birthdate, but I'm unable to find the option to change it. Despite following the steps provided, when I reach the page to edit personal information, the birthdate field appears uneditable.

I am using a Lenovo ThinkPad with an AMD A6-[redacted] Radeon R4 processor and 16GB of installed memory. I disabled the antivirus software and attempted to update to Windows 10, version 20H2. However, the installation process consistently stalls at 61% and becomes unresponsive after 6 hours. I tried running troubleshooters and restarting the computer but encountered the same issue. Following some steps to stop Windows Update and delete the update cache did not resolve the problem. The update process still freezes at 61% and causes all programs to shut down.

Recently, emails sent from my Aquamail client on my Samsung S10 (Android 11) to my Outlook email were being bounced back by Microsoft's spam filters. Despite adding my own email as a safe sender, I keep receiving rejection messages with the error code: Remote Server returned '[redacted] 5.7.[redacted] Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS([redacted])' I have attempted various solutions like restarting my phone, re-creating my Outlook account, and sending non-spam content to myself, all to no avail. Interestingly, sending the same message from other clients or to different addresses succeeds, indicating a problem with Microsoft’s filtering. Aquamail support also acknowledged the issue. I'm seeking a resolution from Microsoft to correct their spam filtering and allow me to successfully send emails to myself.

I had no issues with my Windows 10 PC since I bought it in Jan [redacted]. However, upon returning home after a trip, it wouldn't boot up. I couldn't even reach the login screen. Despite trying options like troubleshoot and reset, nothing worked. When I attempted to reset, it wouldn't complete, and typing in my admin password for other options resulted in it being rejected. To make matters worse, there are no nearby computer repair shops where I live, the closest being about 2 hours away. I can't afford a new computer, especially if it's due to Microsoft's updates causing this issue. While I can usually troubleshoot technical problems, this is beyond my capabilities. I am seeking assistance with this frustrating situation.

Hello, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my Hotmail email account despite answering all the security questions. The email account I am trying to recover is: [redacted] This is a new account that was created around the end of June [redacted] or early July [redacted]. As such, I have limited information on recent senders, but I can remember two of them: 1) [redacted] (Emails always had no subject line) 2) [redacted] (Sent only one email with the subject line "auchentoshan + noodles"). I have been explicit and provided all the information I could during the recovery attempts. I truly want to regain access to my account. I understand I could create a new one, but this account holds sentimental value for me. Thank you for your understanding and support in resolving this issue. Best regards, WC Khor

Subject: Microsoft Outlook Email Issue with iPhone 12 I am experiencing challenges with my iPhone 12 not sending emails, even though it can receive them. Hello, I recently experienced a hacking incident with my email, [redacted] After attempting to recover it, I realized the hacker had changed the phone number associated with my account, preventing me from reclaiming it with the usual method. Fortunately, I managed to regain access through another email, [redacted], by answering security questions. However, the hacker struck again, causing a login issue in my Outlook app. Since I had already recovered the account once and my phone number had been changed, I am currently unable to retrieve my email. I urgently need access to it as I have important information related to my children and businesses. Please assist me in regaining access to my email.

I am experiencing difficulty syncing my PC Outlook calendar with my other calendars. When attempting to add a meeting in Outlook on my PC, I encounter an issue where it prompts me to sign in with a school or organization account. Despite following suggested fixes from Microsoft online, I have been unable to resolve this. Additionally, I set the iCloud calendar as my default on my iPhone and iPad, expecting it to display entries across all devices. However, the iCloud calendar does not show all entries present in my PC Outlook calendar. I have resorted to using a third-party app (Readdle) on my phone and iPad to view all my meetings accurately. I have spent significant time troubleshooting this problem and wish to have consistency across all my calendars - Outlook on my PC, iPhone, and iPad. Any assistance is appreciated. Vicki

I recently regained access to my inactive MS account. Now, I am attempting to activate MS Office for Mac version 16.16.17, copyrighted in [redacted]. Upon signing in, my email is accepted, but the password I used during the recovery process is not recognized. The system prompts me to either reset or recover the password using the associated email address. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email account, causing difficulty during account recovery. As a result, I am unsure how to proceed from here after reaching the account recovery web page.

I encountered an issue with my daughter's Surface Book when we sent it for warranty service. Despite being professionally packaged, the device arrived at the El Paso service center with a shattered screen. Microsoft returned the device stating they could not work on it because the damaged part was not covered under warranty, resulting in the warranty repair for the video card not being done as well. The Surface Book 3 is only one year old, costing us $2,[redacted] plus tax. I have the original receipt and a photo of the damaged device. UPS has advised me that Microsoft needs to file the claim since they are the account owner associated with the tracking number. It is disappointing that I cannot reach a Microsoft representative for help. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed further in getting Microsoft to initiate a UPS claim for the damaged Surface Book. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance to deactivate my Microsoft account as I am encountering difficulties resetting my password on my laptop running Windows. I am new to Microsoft and keep receiving errors when I try to access my account. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the passwords I previously used and am unable to log in successfully. Despite my efforts to access my account on other devices, the situation remains frustrating. I wish to deactivate my account and can provide any necessary login information. Kindly assist in deactivating the account associated with [redacted] so I can regain access to my laptop and attend to pending tasks. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.

I am unable to access my email account, [redacted] I switched phones a year ago and forgot to update my information in Hotmail. The "backup" email associated with my account is no longer accessible as it belonged to my ex-boyfriend. Microsoft requested one security question, which I believe I answered correctly, along with my Xbox gamer name and device ID. However, I struggled with providing email content since I rarely send emails. I vaguely recall contacting valentinobeautypure.com regarding a product issue in the last few months, but I lack the full address and subject line. This email is crucial for receiving important information, so I seek guidance on regaining access. I can be reached at [redacted] for calls, texts, or replies sent to the email address below (which my Dad monitors on my behalf).

I am facing a dilemma with my email accounts. I, Stephanus Hasson, have forgotten the passwords for both my Gmail and Hotmail accounts. After performing a rollback on my phone, unaware that it would result in a wipe, I lost access to the accounts I have interlinked for password recovery purposes over the past 10 years. This situation is urgent as my Gmail is connected to my Google pictures which hold precious memories of my four children. The recent phone setback has made me realize the significance of accessing my Hotmail, which is also linked to my Facebook account. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My son's Xbox account was compromised about 2 weeks ago, and despite contacting Xbox support and providing a reference number, the issue remains unresolved. The hacker is still accessing his account, causing distress as my son sees unauthorized activity. Please, this situation needs urgent attention today; we cannot wait weeks for a resolution. I've invested a significant amount of money in games over the past 6 years, and it is unjust for someone else to benefit from our purchases. I am frustrated and demand a prompt resolution. Contact me at [redacted]; I am Amanda, and my son is Alexander. Thank you.

I need assistance urgently as school starts in 16 days. I posted this on the official Windows support forum, but have received no help in two months. While watching YouTube on my laptop, I attempted to upgrade to Windows 10 after numerous failed attempts. This led me to explore tutorials about side by side configuration files when none would open. In the process, I mistakenly edited the 'regedit' program after renaming the incorrect file. As a result, my .exe files began closing and deleting themselves. Can anyone provide guidance? If the issue is irreversible, could someone explain how to reset my Toshiba Satellite L755-S5214 Laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium?

Hello, I found your website while trying to contact a Microsoft representative for help with account recovery. I recently bought Office Home and Student [redacted] for my Mac and created a new Microsoft account during setup. When I tried to open Word later, it prompted me to sign in, but I couldn't remember the account details. I need to recover the account to use the software. If you can assist me in getting in touch with someone, please let me know. I can provide the product key. The email I used for the account is likely [redacted], but I can't remember the password. Thank you.

I recently received an email stating there is an order confirmation for Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection firewall and network protection for one year priced at $[redacted].99 for my Microsoft account. I am unsure if this is legitimate as I do not recall having this coverage previously. The email instructs me to call 1-[redacted] if I did not make this purchase. It also mentions I will be charged for each plan period until I cancel by downloading the Microsoft Defender plan on my PC. Regards, G. W.

I own a personal computer with Windows 10 and I'm trying to clear everything from it. The problem is I can't reset my C drive, which is the drive that needs to be cleaned the most. The computer only allows me to adjust settings for my other two drives, saying they can't be wiped because there isn't enough space on C drive. I've already backed up all my necessary files on an external storage device, so I don't need any other files on the computer.

I've been unable to access my MSN Hotmail account or related services for a year. The notification suggests suspicious activity and asks for identity verification and a password change. Despite filling out the recovery form multiple times, it doesn't accept my details. Microsoft no longer offers phone support, and the live chat requires signing in, which I can't do. I got an email stating I must access One Drive by August 12 or risk losing data, but the recovery options are unsuccessful. I need assistance to log in without risking my security.
