I need help with our Exchange server on-prem. I tried to install CU17 Cumulative Updates but encountered issues during the Remove Exchange files process. A Windows Installer prompt appears, and I'm unsure where to point it. I attempted to direct it to the CU17 ISO where Setup.exe is located, but it resulted in an error. Could someone provide guidance on the correct steps for applying Cumulative Updates for Exchange [redacted]? Do I need to go from CU12 to CU14 to CU16 before CU17, or can I go directly to CU17? I'm confused about why the Windows Installer prompt shows up during "Removing Exchange Files" as seen in other videos. If anyone has insights or suggestions, please share. Thank you.

I recently created a new Outlook email account, [redacted], specifically for my crypto investments. After setting it up successfully, I encountered an issue with an exclamation mark next to the email address in the Outlook app, leading to an error message about fixing the account online. Despite attempting to reset my password, I lacked the necessary previous password and email information for verification. A Microsoft representative's live chat guidance was unsuccessful in resolving the problem, prompting me to submit an Account Verification form, which unfortunately was denied. I am seeking assistance with resetting my password and verifying my identity.

I am having trouble completing my Office [redacted] Family account setup. Although my son signed up for the Family plan, I keep getting prompted to sign in for SHARED EXPERIENCES. After entering the password, a PIN NUMBER verification screen appears, which we have never had in our years of membership. While my son's account got resolved through support, my account still encounters the PIN NUMBER issue. Despite spending hours with Tech support, the problem persists. I would appreciate guidance on how to contact someone in America who can assist me with this so I can fully utilize Office [redacted] Family.

Towards the end of last week, I cleared my cookies. This action or an issue at Microsoft has locked me out of my email account. I provided the last 4 digits of my landline to recover access but now Microsoft is sending verification codes via text message only. I added my mobile number but am locked out until 29 September. Email communication is currently not possible. I have a Recovery Code available. Will that help?

Hello, I have been using my email account, [redacted], for about 20 years. Unfortunately, I am currently locked out of my account, which is causing issues with my business contacts who rely on it. I believe the problem began when I left my email open on a hotel computer. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to access my account. I contacted the Microsoft Store, but the staff there were unable to help me. They assisted me in creating a new Gmail account, [redacted], as an alternative way to reach me. It is frustrating to think that I may lose access to my account simply because I didn't have a backup email. Please reach out to me; I can provide additional security information if needed. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, James M.

Dear Microsoft Account Representative, I am Daniel Woong-sik Jung, the Chief Information Officer of Asung Daiso. I appreciate your assistance regarding a crucial matter. One of our company's top executives has encountered an issue with her Hotmail account ([redacted]) after acquiring a new device, resulting in the account being blocked during access. Unfortunately, her secondary email for account recovery is inaccessible due to prolonged inactivity. Despite multiple attempts to provide verifying information, we have not received practical support in account recovery beyond a generic message stating identity verification failure from MS. This has caused significant delays. In my capacity as CIO, I am eager to restore her MS account, essential for vital internal and external communications as a top-level management member. We are seeking your cooperation in this matter, and I assure you of our commitment to verifying the account owner's identity accurately. I kindly request an internal escalation of this issue and the assignment of a dedicated account management representative to provide detailed guidance and support throughout the recovery process. Sincerely, Daniel Woong-sik Jung Contact Numbers: +82-10-5[redacted], +82-2-[redacted] Thank you.

My primary email address is [redacted], which I have maintained for at least 20 years. On September 3rd, I fell victim to a scam where my cell phone was compromised. The phone number linked to my email was disabled to prevent further hacking. Hackers imposed a security code on my phone that even AT&T couldn't bypass. When I received an email from my creditor, it vanished abruptly, locking me out of my email account. Accessing my email is crucial for providing evidence to track down and prosecute the scammers. Although I want to regain access to my account, I can't receive verification texts on the closed number. My new contact number is [redacted].

I connected my Xbox One X to my Microsoft account, [redacted], and linked my Fortnite account. After a security prompt, I had to enter my password almost each time to log in. Now, it's asking for additional details like my name, date of birth, email, phone number, device ID, and gamer tag. Even after numerous attempts, including verifying details about my Xbox, the system says it's not enough to prove it's me. Now, not only can I not access my Xbox profile, but my Outlook account is also locked. I've tried multiple times to unlock it by submitting forms but to no avail. I really need to regain access to my account as I am currently entirely locked out.

I am facing an issue with my Microsoft account. Someone altered my password and contact email, preventing me from resetting it. Despite providing the necessary information, Microsoft cannot verify me. I am unable to sign in and need to speak with a Microsoft representative to resolve this. It has been frustrating dealing with a company of their size that struggles to offer basic assistance. As a result, I had to disable my Outlook email to safeguard my information.

Upon turning on my TV, I encountered a message stating "Delete a location" with a display of 0 locations. This has caused confusion. Yesterday, I spent 4 hours on the phone resolving account issues and discovering erroneous charges for items I don't possess. Brian, identified as Employee #B5053B, assisted me in rectifying the account and issuing a forthcoming refund. I wonder if the service interruption was mistakenly initiated during these adjustments. In January 02, a billing discrepancy led to the discovery of charges for equipment I no longer possessed, resulting in corrections. During the recent call with Brian, it seems the same equipment was still being billed, possibly resulting in its deactivation (which had initially occurred in January), leading to the current service disruption. This is just a hypothesis.

I purchased a laptop and Microsoft package from Currys in March [redacted]. The main email account they set up for me, [redacted], keeps getting blocked, making it impossible for me to use the MS package. I am unable to receive help online because I don't have a mobile phone. When I tried to reset the password for the iaindodds27 account today, the link in the email did not work. I also have a secondary outlook account, [redacted], which I unblocked today. After inputting a new password, it immediately blocked me again for 'suspicious activity' when trying to log in. Not having access to a mobile number may be causing these issues, as I haven't been able to use the accounts without repeatedly being blocked.

As a Microsoft customer with three email accounts, I am facing password issues with my [redacted] account. Microsoft keeps sending me notifications about account problems. When I attempt to update the password, it requests information I cannot provide, such as the last 4 digits of an outdated credit card. I am stuck in a cycle trying to resolve this for months and all I need is to access a temporary password for my account to eventually change it to a new one. I am seeking a direct path to update the password on live.com. Just to clarify, I also have an [redacted] account with another provider.

I have been attempting to reset my password for quite some time now, but haven't had any success. I first tried to reset it using my school email as the backup, but I never receive the code despite the email address being confirmed as correct. I have checked all folders but the code never arrives. After that, I attempted using my old phone as an option, but since I no longer have that number, I filled out the form with the best information I could recall, only to be told there wasn't enough information provided. I've made numerous attempts and still haven't been able to regain access to my Hotmail account, which I used frequently. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I'm experiencing difficulties accessing my Microsoft emails. Despite completing several recovery forms, they keep getting declined. I'm unsure about the additional information I can provide. Unfortunately, I do not know the associated security email linked to the account, making it impossible to retrieve any codes. Even after speaking with a representative who confirmed the account is active, the recovery forms continue to be rejected. I feel frustrated as I have followed all instructions but to no avail. It has already been over a week, and I urgently need this issue resolved. I am unsure what more I can do from my side to recover my email address.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Microsoft email account. Despite completing several recovery forms, they have all been declined. I am unsure what additional information to provide, as I do not know the security email associated with the account. Therefore, I am unable to retrieve any codes. I have been informed over the phone that the account is still active, and the recovery form should work. However, my repeated submissions have all been rejected. I am feeling frustrated by being asked to take these steps without success. I am unsure of what else to do to recover my email address. This is becoming urgent, as I need access to my Instagram account linked to it for my new home business. Please consider accepting my forms promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my email account on my computer because I forgot my password. My email address is [redacted] I recently changed my phone number to [redacted], but I am having difficulty updating my account with this new number. On July 11, [redacted], my other email address, [redacted], was compromised. Someone changed the password and associated phone number without my authorization. I did not receive any verification email regarding these changes, and 30 days later, I found myself locked out of my own account. After providing my credit card information, I regained access and promptly updated all my passwords, including my Apple account. Despite my efforts to enhance security on my [redacted] account by adding an alternate email, I am still unable to update my phone number. I linked [redacted] to the account and can access emails on my phone, but I face difficulty logging in from my computer. The system prompts me to enter a verification code sent to [redacted], but the phone number associated with that account is incorrect. I am frustrated by the double verification process and inability to access my own account while culprits can easily alter my information. I urgently seek assistance to regain control over these essential accounts.

I recently purchased two brand-new HP laptops for the first time ever as a senior wanting to learn computer basics. Unfortunately, my cursor has not been working since we opened the laptops back in November. Despite receiving a replacement cursor, the issue persisted even after contacting HP support. I managed to get help from a tech who temporarily fixed the problem, but it resurfaced shortly after. Despite having insurance with HSN/Allstate, I cannot request assistance until Microsoft examines the laptop. I am reaching out for help as a last resort, hoping to get this issue resolved before my Office 10 expires in November. Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.

I recently had a new motherboard and hard drive installed on my Dell XPS [redacted] Desktop Computer. However, when I tried to log in this morning, my Microsoft password was not recognized. After requesting a code to reset the password, I encountered issues due to timing out. I need assistance in resolving the password and PIN situation. Thank you, Neal Stonerock.

I recently noticed a charge for Microsoft [redacted] on my account that I did not authorize. I believe I may have inadvertently added my card to the wallet while trying to monitor my son's online activities. He occasionally requests small amounts for in-app purchases, which can add up. Currently, I am working with DVR to secure a work-from-home job due to my circumstances with my special needs son. My income is limited to SSI and child support, barely covering bills and rent. The unexpected $[redacted] charge is a significant concern for me this month, as I struggle to make ends meet. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I seem to have multiple Microsoft accounts associated with different email addresses. I want to consolidate them into one account under my preferred email address. The account I'm using actively is linked to my college email address, but I want to switch it to my Gmail account. I also want to merge any data from my old account tied to my Gmail to the current one, including achievements and play history. My current gamertag is GigaShinny, but I had another one, N1njaP3ngu1n, on the Gmail account, and I wish to transfer its data to GigaShinny. Additionally, I'd like to retain my Skype name, "tylercoderre," currently associated with my college email, under my Gmail account. I want to merge all accounts and data successfully. Thank you, Tyler.
